[摘要] 目的 研究分析清洗消毒硬式内镜的最佳方法，以提升其管理质量。方法 在我院手术室中选取180套硬式内镜器械作为研究对象，将其随机分为A组与B组，各90套。为A组器械进行集中式清洗消毒，为B组器械进行分散式清洗消毒，对比两组器械的清洗质量以及灭菌质量。结果 经检测，两组器械的灭菌合格率对比，均达到100.00%，无差异（P>0.05）。试纸法、目测法以及残留血试验，检测出A组器械的清洗合格率分别为97.78%、100.00%、96.67%，依次高于B组器械的74.44%、85.56%、75.56%，差异均显著（P<0.05）。结论 对硬式内镜器械实施集中式清洗消毒管理，能够有效提升器械的清洗合格率，确保器械灭菌效果，为医院感染控制与预防提供有利条件。

[Abstract] Objective To research and analyze the preferred way of cleaning and sterilizing rigid endoscope was to improve the management quality. Methods 180 rigid endoscopic equipments in operating room of my hospital were selected as the research subjects， which were randomly divided into group A and group B， 90 cases in each group. The group A received centralized cleaning and disinfection for equipments， while the group B received decentralized cleaning and disinfection for equipments， the cleaning quality and sterilization quality of the two groups instruments were compared. Results After testing， in comparison， the eligible sterilization rates of the two groups were both up to 100.00%， there were no significant difference（P> 0.05）. For testing the equipments of the group A， the cleaning qualification rate of test paper method was 97.78%， the cleaning qualification rate of visual method was 100.00%， and the cleaning qualification rate of residual blood test was 96.67%， which were higher in order than the cleaning qualification rate 74.44%， 85.56% and 75.56% of the group B， the differences were significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The centralized cleaning and disinfection management for rigid endoscopic equipment could effectively improve the cleaning qualification rate for equipments， ensure instrument sterilization effect， and provide favorable conditions for hospital infection control and prevention.

随着我国腔镜手术的日渐进步与完善，其已在医疗临床中得到广泛应用，不仅极大减少了对人体造成的损害，还有效缓解疾病给患者造成的痛苦和不便。腹腔镜术虽为人们提供了安全、有效的治疗方法，但由于其具有材质特殊、结构复杂、构造精细，并且较多管腔等特点，在手术过程中器械管腔外面与内壁等部位，通常会粘附大量的黏液与血液等物质，给手术器械消毒供应中心的清洗工作增加极大困难，从而难以有效确保器械的清洗质量和灭菌质量[1]。因此，应积极寻求有效的硬式内镜器械

清洗、消毒和灭菌的方法，以确保硬式内镜器械的使用安全。为此，我院对180套硬式内镜器械分别实施了分散式与集中式的清洗消毒方法，并作了比较分析，具体报道如下。
