【 摘 要 】 随着科技的进步和发展，我国智能手机的发展进入了高速期，针对新型的移动通信设备，要建立有效的管理和取证措施，才能保证取证程序的完整，如何优化运行有效的取证机制，是需要研究人员在实际问题处理过程中深化思考的。论文针对智能手机取证原则、取证过程以及具体取证工具进行了详细的阐释，并且对数据分析结构展开了讨论，旨在为管理人员提供有效的技术指导。

【 Abstract 】 With the progress and development of science and technology， the development of China's smart phone entered the period of rapid， for new mobile communication equipment， it is necessary to establish effective management and measure of evidence， in order to ensure complete forensic procedures， how to optimize the operation of effective forensics mechanism， is required to researchers in a practical problem processing in the process of deepening thinking. In this paper， the principle of smart phone forensics， evidence collection process and the specific tools for a detailed explanation， and the data analysis of the structure is discussed， designed to provide effective technical guidance for the management staff.

1 引言

随着科学技术的不断发展，针对手机取证工作的研究，也在不断地深入。在进行智能手机取证时，项目研究人员要集中遵循几项原则。

第一，合法取证原则。进行智能手机取证的前提就是相应的项目符合法规，只有在合法授权条件下，才能建立相应的取证行为。在建立取证活动过程中，要设立取证人员、取证物品、取证技术手段以及取证基本程序等，保证取证行为在手段和技术合法的机制下运行。

第二，全面取证原则[1]。在进行手机取证的过程中，项目管理人员要保证建立有效的项目处理机制，运行高效的信息提取技术，真正实现完整的数据链，通过对手机上相应的浏览记录进行跟踪和取证，保证整体数据信息的完整。

第三，无损取证原则。在对数据信息进行集中取证的过程中，管理人员要根据实际情况建立建立有效的项目处理机制，从根本上确保信息数据的完整和真实有效。……
