摘 要：在供给侧改革背景下，如何满足市场需求、推进供给侧改革、促进广东休闲农业的有序稳定发展，成为当前重要课题。该文针对广东休闲农业可持续发展，通过分析其发展现状，找出其存在的不足，提出“休闲农业+标准化”、“休闲农业+文化”、“休闲农业+互联网”、“休闲农业+人才”等休闲农业发展“4+”对策建议。

A Study on“4+”Countermeasures of Guangdong Leisure Agriculture under the Background of Supply Side Reform

Abstract：How to meet the market demand，promote the supply side reform and the sustainable development of leisure agriculture，has become an important topic. For the sustainable development of leisure agriculture in the future，the paper analyzed the current situation and the problems of the development of leisure agriculture in Guangdong Province，and put forward the“4+”leisure agriculture development countermeasures，such as “leisure agriculture + standardization”countermeasure，“leisure agriculture+culture”countermeasure，“leisure agriculture+Internet”countermeasure and“leisure agriculture+talent”countermeasures，providing leisure agriculture development ideas and references for government departments and managers.

休闲农业是一种将农业与旅游相结合的农业生产经营新业态，利用具有观光旅游价值的农业资源和农业产品，开发成观光、休闲、旅游产品。休闲农业，作为现代农业中融合一二三产业的重要业态，前景广阔。

由于广东省农业资源丰富且独具特色，休闲农业发展形势较好，但在供给侧改革的背景下其存在的一些不足已影响着休闲农业的高效发展。本文通过对广东省休闲农业的发展现状和存在不足进行分析，对提出有针对性的对策建议，以期为政府部门及经营管理者提供休闲农业发展参考意见。

1 休闲农业发展背景

自改革开放以来，我国经济发展快速，旅游市场释放出巨大的需求，对自然的回归和乡愁的寄托，给休闲农业带来了发展机遇。

近年来，广东省政府出台了系列扶持休闲农业发展有利政策，为全省休闲农业的发展带来良好机遇。自2004年起，中央连续多年在中央“一号文件”中热切关注“三农”问题。2016年中央“一号文件”《关于落实发展……
