摘要：目的 建立HPLC波长切换法测定银花芒果片中芒果苷、橙皮苷含量的方法。方法 采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×150 mm，5 ?m）色谱柱，流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸水溶液，梯度洗脱，流速为1.0 mL/min，柱温30 ℃，波长切换时间序列采样（0～20 min为258 nm，20～50 min为283 nm）。结果 芒果苷进样量在0.042～0.761 ?g 范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9），平均回收率为99.86%，RSD=1.5%（n=9）；橙皮苷进样量在0.076～1.361 ?g范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 8），平均回收率为99.91%，RSD=0.7%（n=9）。结论 本方法简便、快捷、准确，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

HPLC Wavelength Switching Simultaneous Determination for the Contents of Mangiferin and Hesperidin in Yinhua Mangguo Tablets TANG De-zhi （Guangxi Nanning Institute for Food and Drug Control， Nanning 530021， China）

Abstract： Objective To establish an HPLC method of wavelength switching simultaneous determination for the contents of mangiferin and hesperidin in Yinhua Mangguo Tablets. Methods Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 （4.6 mm×150 mm， 5 ?m） column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water containing 0.2% phosphoric acid with gradient elution mode at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min； the detection wavelength was 258 nm （0–20 min） for mangiferin， 283 nm （20–50 min） for hesperidin. Results Mangiferin had a good linearity in the range of 0.042–0.761 ?g， and the average recovery was 99.86%， with RSD of 1.5% （n=9）. Hesperidin had a good linearity in the range of 0.076–1.361 ?g， and the average recovery was 99.91%， with RSD of 0.7% （n=9）. Conclusion The method is simple， accurate and reproducible， which can be used to the quality control of Yinhua Mangguo Tablets.

银花芒果片是由芒果叶、陈皮、蒲公英、桔梗、金银花、百部、甘草等制成的中药成方制剂，有疏风清热、止咳化痰的功效，临床用于外感风热所致的咽痛、喉痒、咳嗽、上呼吸道感染、急性支气管炎等症，收载于《国家中成药标准汇编内科肺系（二）分册》。现行质量标准为测定陈皮中的橙皮苷含量，但对处方中另一味主要药物芒果叶只有薄层鉴别实验，未进行定量测定，难以有效全面地反映制剂的质量。芒果叶具有止咳化痰的功效，芒果苷是其中的主要活性成分[1]。本试验选择芒果苷和橙皮苷为质量控制指标，采用HPLC波长切换法测定银花芒果片中芒果苷和橙皮苷的含量。

1 仪器与试药

Waters 2695高效液相色谱仪（美国沃特斯公司），S180H型超声波清洗器（德国Elma公司），XS205DU型电子分析天平（梅特勒-托利多仪器有限公司），UV-2550型紫外-可见分光光度计（日本岛津公司）。

芒果苷对照品（批号110607-200402）、橙皮苷对照品（批号110721-201316，纯度95.3%），中国食品药品检定研究院；银花芒果片（广西南珠制药有限公司，市售药品，规格0.5 g/片，批号20130915、20140501、20140601、20140624、20140802）；……
