高中英语“任务+情景+活动”课堂模式的实践研究

一、话题导入lead-in

在每节课前教师先设计好本课的学习任务(Learning task),并在lead-in这个环节中告诉给学生。教师可以利用影视片段,生活案例,现实问题等引导学生对目标主题产生学习的动机,利用事先布置的学生进行发言或表演,让学生在娱乐中、在解决问题中开始新课;利用不同的活动方式,让学生在愉悦中体验知识给他们带来的乐趣。

二、情景呈现Presentation Activities

把教材内容设计成贴近学生生活实际的教学活动,借助影视、图片、实物等直观教具和录音机、多媒体等电教设备,把教材中静止的无声的文字活化成有声有色的对话,再放到教材设计的真实情境中,生动逼真地呈现给学生。采用全身动作反应法等,视听结合,刺激并调动学生的多种感官,激发学生对新语言的学习兴趣,启发学生的思维活动。这一阶段的教学主要以教师为主导,学生的主体意识处于启发状态。

三、任务型活动Task Activities

这个环节以巩固新知识为主要目的,教师设计好任务后逐步放手,向以学生为主体过渡。因为机械性的模仿和重复操练往往会使学生感到乏味,因此,教师要结合教学内容精心设计一些形式多样的活动。例如,设计一些“你问我答”和“请你配音”“我是作者”等活动以加深印象。

四、模拟表演Production Performance

这个阶段是英语教学过程中的一个中心环节,是诸多活动的目的和关键所在。教师可根据教学内容设计一些方案设计、创业、面试、采访等生活场景,让学生在真实或半真实的语言环境中运用所学语言进行交流,教师在布置任务,给出话题后,不再干预,充分发挥学生的主体作用,让学生完成用英语交际的任务。在这些活动中,学生运用英语进行交流的兴趣和和解决问题的能力都得到了提高。

例如:

Topic:Earthquake

Learning Aims:

1.Knowledge aims:Know basic knowledge about earthquakes.

2.Ability aims:Develop the students’ability and let them learn different reading skills.

3.Emotional aims:Get the students to be aware of the terrible disasters,meanwhile get them to face it,treat it in a proper way,and never get discouraged.

Procedure:

I.Lead-in

Task1;Show a video of earthquake which happened in Tangshan

1.Have you experienced earth or other disasters?Can you describe

What it was like and how you felt?

设计意图:激活学生原有的有关地震的英语背景知识,引导学生产生学习相关目标语言的动机。

II.Presentation Activities

Task2;Looking and guessing

1.What are the signs of an earthquake?Look at the video(e.g.Cows,pigs and dogs become too nervous too eat.The mice will run out of the fields looking for places to hide.The water in the wells will rise and fall.Walls of the wells in village will have deep cracks.There will be bright light in the sky….)

设计意图

根据图片,学生对地震前的各种征兆进行描述,了解震前所表现出来的自然现象。

III.Task Activities

设计意图

抓住课文重点内容,习得目标句型,培养学生提炼主旨,查找知识的能力。

IV.Production Performance

Task5 Reading again and try to perform the scene in group

设计意图

把学生置于运用语言情景中去感知、分析、理解、操练,从模拟交际到真实交际,会加深他们对文章的理解,也提升他们的语用能力。
