高校体育教学与素质拓展训练相融合的路径探析

摘要：素质是对一个人的本质评价，而在当下社会的快速发展中，为谋求更好的教育环境，就需要结合实际的体验教育模式来完成对素质的强化拓展。而对于现阶段的高校体育教学的素质教育建设，更是我国高校体育改革的重心。如何顺应当代社会的高速发展，并为社会提供更为优质的人才需求，就成为了当下社会发展的根本要务，那么如何完成这一教育策略，在教育中也就显得更为重要，文章针对如何实现现代体育教育与素质拓展的完美融合，进行简要论述，希望能够为后续教育发展提供帮助。

Abstract：Quality is the essence of a person's evaluation，but in the rapid development of contemporary society，we need to combine practical experience to complete the quality education model to strengthen developmentin order to seek better educational environment. Construction of the quality education for college physical education at this stage is the center of sports reform of colleges and universities in China. How to follow the rapid development of contemporary society，and to provide more quality personnel for the community needs has become a fundamental priority of social development，and how to accomplish this education policy is even more important.The paper discusses briefly how modern physical education and quality development should be perfectly combined，hoping to provide help for the subsequent development of education.

在我国现在的高校不断扩招的大环境下，高等院校的负担也随之增长，为保证大学生在德智体等多方面的素质培养，结合体育教育模式来完善素质演练上的拓展，已经成为当下高校教育改革中的重点。而对于素质拓展训练，在大多数情况下，则是通过应用相关的成果理论来进行行为支撑，并通过对学生个人身心上的教育拓展，从而更好的完成对学生个人能力素质激发的重要课程。通过创造性潜能上的激发促进，从而更好的完成对学生个人在学习实践中能力的提升。下面针对我国高等院校的教育现状以及如何扩展素质与体育课程的完美结合进行简要讨论。……
