摘要：自20世纪末CUBA联赛创立，到推出CUBA新赛制，直至2015年8月举办了第一届CUBA（阳光组）篮球赛，我国高校基本上完成了从半专业化到普及化的重大转变。建议利用CUBA新赛制品牌，推广和发展高校篮球运动，以篮球运动为内容和手段，提升校园体育文化内涵，让更多学生投入到篮球运动中并从中获益。

Abstract：With the foundation of CUBA League at the end of last century， the establishment of the new CUBA competition rules and finally the success of first session of the CUBA （YangGuang Group） in August 2015， basketball has fundamentally finished a major shift from semi-professionalization to popularization in colleges and universities of China. The development of “YangGuang basketball” and the popularization of basketball in higher institutions is the way that basketball culture develops within the specific environment of campus. In the selection and reconstruction of campus culture as well as self-improvement， it finds the intersection between campus culture and basketball culture， which is the key of the exploration in this paper.

CUBA于1998年由张宁飞、陈南生先生发起，李宁公司赞助，大体协及国家体育总局负责运作。CUBA联赛已举办17届，2004年又在CUBA的基础上举办了中国大学生篮球超级联赛（简称CUBS）。随着我国高等教育的逐渐大众化，普及率越来越高，原有的CUBA赛制已经不能满足全国数以千万的大学生对篮球文化的需求，必须改革发展，建立适合广大高校篮球文化的新体制，这样才会适应不断发展的校园体育文化，满足高校广大学生日益增长的体育文化需求。CUBA新赛制应运而生，是新时期赋予CUBA组织者不可推卸的责任。同时，CUBA新赛制的发展与全国高校的篮球运动的推广和发展息息相关。CUBA联赛，一个品牌，三级联赛，即CUBA精英组（高水平或优秀运动员招生的院校）、CUBA阳光组（普通高校注册生）和高职、高专组。其中CUBA阳光组代表着三千万普通高校注册生，覆盖面广，面积之大，可谓CUBA之最。这个大举措对推动全国高校篮球运动的发展，丰富高校校园体育文化，都有着划时代的意义。篮球运动从诞生到发展，始终与校园的文化相伴随。……
