消肿止痛汤熏洗治疗环状混合痔术后肛门水肿疗效观察

［摘 要］目的：观察消肿止痛汤治疗环状混合痔术后肛门水肿的临床疗效。方法：87例随机分为治疗组48例和对照组39例，治疗组给予消肿止痛汤熏洗，对照组给予1∶5000高锰酸钾溶液熏洗，比较两组肛缘水肿消退时间、肛缘水肿消退疗效、肛门疼痛消退时间。结果：两组疗效比较无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。肛缘水肿消退时间、肛门疼痛消退时间治疗组均明显短于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：消肿止痛汤熏洗治疗环状混合痔术后肛门水肿可缓解肛门疼痛，减轻肛缘水肿。

［Abstract］Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction on anal edema after the operation of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids. Method： 87 cases were divided into 2 groups randomly， with 48 cases in the study group and 39 cases in the control group. The study group were treated with Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath while the control group 1：5000 PP solution for fuming ＆ wash sitz bath. The time for edema of anus edge disappearing，for postoperative pain disappearance and the effect of edema disappearing of both groups was compared. Result：There was no statistical difference between both groups in total effective rate （P＞0.05），but，the time for edema disappearing and for postoperative pain disappearance of the study group was shorter than that of the control group significantly （P＜0.05）. Conclusion：Xiaozhong Zhitong Decoction could reduce pain of anus，resolve edema of anus edge in treatment of the anal edema of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.

混合痔是内痔通过丰富的静脉丛吻合和相应部位的外痔静脉丛相互融合［1］，也就是在同一点位内痔﹑外痔同时存在。若混合痔围绕直肠肛管一周，即为环状混合痔。肛门水肿是环状混合痔术后最常见的并发症之一，可引起肛门的剧烈疼痛，大便排解障碍，甚至影响小便的排解。近年来，我们对环状混合痔术后肛门水肿患者用消肿止痛汤熏洗坐浴取得满意疗效，总结如下。

1　临床资料

共87例，均为2013年3月至2015年3月我院收治环状混合痔术后肛门水肿患者，参照《中医肛肠科常见病治疗指南》［2］中相关诊断标准。分为治疗组48例和对照组39例。治疗组男18例，女30例；年龄25～70岁，平均44.6岁；……
