中西药合用治疗外周导入中心静脉置管术后机械性静脉炎观察

［摘 要］目的：观察如意金黄散联合地塞米松湿敷治疗外周导入中心静脉置管术后机械性静脉炎的效果。方法：54例随机分为两组，实验组28例用如意金黄散联合地塞米松湿敷，对照组26例用50%硫酸镁湿敷。结果：治愈率实验组高于对照组（P＜0．05），疗效起效时间实验组早于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：如意金黄散联合地塞米松湿敷治疗外周导入中心静脉置管术后机械性静脉炎，效果较好。

［Abstract］Objective：To observe the effect of wet compress with a mixture of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder， dexamethasone and the tea locally applied on peripherally inserted central catheter related phlebitis among chemotherapy patients. Method： 54 cases were randomly divided into treatment group（28 cases） and control group（26 cases）.The patients in the control group were treated by wet compress with 50% magnesium sulfate solution while the patients in the treatment group were treated by wet compress with a mixture of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder，dexamethasone and the tea. Result：The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was remarkably higher than that of the control group（P＜0．05）.The effect onset time of the treatment group was shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion： Wet compress with mixture of Ruyi Jinhuang powder，dexamethasone and the tea could treat peripherally inserted central catheter-related phlebitis among chemotherapy patients effectively.

外周导入中心静脉置管（Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter，PICC）是由外周静脉（贵要静脉﹑肘正中静脉﹑头静脉）置入中心静脉导管，其导管尖端位于上腔静脉或下腔静脉的深静脉穿刺技术，适用于需长期肿瘤化疗﹑胃肠外营养﹑刺激性外周静脉药物的静脉输液，是一种安全可靠的建立静脉通道的选择［1］。该技术不受年龄﹑性别﹑疾病种类限制，只需外周穿刺，穿刺危险小﹑创伤小﹑成功率高，留置时间长，能提供稳定的静脉输液通道。尽管PICC有许多优点，但仍存在一些并发症，如静脉炎﹑血栓形成﹑感染等［2-3］。静脉炎在PICC肿瘤化疗临床中较常见，原因可能是机械﹑化学﹑血栓或细菌性的，其中最常见的是机械性静脉炎，多在置管后48～72h发生，发生率可达15.15%～17.%［4］。……
