精制醒脑散治疗老年性痴呆疗效观察

［摘 要］目的：观察精制醒脑散治疗老年性痴呆的效果。方法：66例随机分为对照组和实验组各33例，对照组用石杉碱甲治疗，实验组用精制醒脑散治疗，比较治疗前后两组MMSE量表评分（智力状态）、ADL-R（日常生活能力）、HDS积分（长谷川痴呆量表）情况。结果：与治疗前比较，两组MMSE量表评分、ADL-R评分以及HDS积分均有所改善，且实验组改善情况好于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：精制醒脑散治疗老年性痴呆，效果安全且可靠，可有效改善患者生活质量。

［Abstract］Objective：To observe the effect on senile dementia treated by refined Xingnao Powder. Method：66 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group， with 33 cases in each group. The control group were treated with huperzine A while the experimental group were treated with refined Xingnao Powder. MMSE scale score （mental state）， ADL-R score（activities of daily living）， HDS integral （Hasegawa’s dementia scale） were compared before and after treatment. Result：Compared with that of pre-treatment， MMSE score， ADL-R score and HDS integral of post-treatment in two groups were improved and the improvement of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group significantly （P＜0.05）. Conclusion： Refined Xingnao Powder has safe and reliable effect on the treatment of senile dementia， which could improve the quality of life of patients effectively.

老年性痴呆是一种进行性发展神经系统退行性病变，临床特征以记忆障碍﹑人格与行为改变﹑失语﹑视空间技能受损﹑失用﹑执行功能障碍和失认等为主，发病年龄为65岁及以上［1-3］。我院用精制醒脑散治疗老年性痴呆获得较为满意效果，报道如下。

1　临床资料

共66例，均为2012年10月至2015年8月我院收治的老年性痴呆患者，按照随机方式分为对照组和实验组各33例。对照组男18例，女15例；年龄65～82岁，平均（75.32±2.14）岁，病程4个月～4年，平均（2.04±0.35）年。实验组男20例，女13例；年龄66～81岁，平均（75.31±2.16）岁，病程3个月～4年，平均（2.02±0.37）年。两组病程﹑性别﹑年龄比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

纳入标准：①满足美国精神病学会制定《精神病的诊断和统计手册》中关于老年性痴呆的诊断标准［4］。②年龄大于等于65岁。……
