通窍活血汤加减内服配合离子导入治疗眼底出血临床观察

［摘 要］目的：观察通窍活血汤加减内服配合离子导入治疗眼底出血的临床疗效。方法：80例随机分为两组各40例。对照组用90%碘化钾溶液离子导入治疗，实验组加用通窍活血汤加减内服配合离子导入治疗。结果：总有效率实验组95．0%，对照组85．0%，实验组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）；治疗后视力实验组显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：离子导入治疗联合通窍活血汤加减内服治疗眼底出血能提高临床疗效，改善视力。

［Abstract］Objective：To investigate the Tongqiaohuoxue decoction taken orally and iontophoresis clinical outcomes in patients with retinal hemorrhage. Methods： October 2014 - March 2016 the hospital for treatment of 80 cases of retinal hemorrhage patients were analyzed， the patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the method， 40 cases in each group. The control group was iontophoresis treatment， the experimental group Tongqiaohuoxue decoction taken orally and iontophoresis， compare clinical efficacy. Results： The experimental group total effective rate was 95.0%， significantly higher than the 85.0% （P＜0.05）； differences in vision before treatment in two groups was not statistically significant； the experimental group after treatment visual acuity was significantly higher （P＜0.05）. Conclusion： retinal hemorrhage patients over iontophoresis joint Tongqiaohuoxue decoction oral therapeutic treatment based on the effect， can improve the clinical efficacy and improve visual acuity， should be widely applied.

眼底出血是眼科临床常见疾病，发病率较高，病机复杂，它是临床上多种疾病引起的以视网膜病变﹑眼底出血为共同表现，如糖尿病﹑慢性肾脏病﹑高血压病等，发病后如果不采取积极有效的方法治疗将会对患者视力产生影响，严重者甚至会引起神经萎缩﹑黄斑病变﹑失明等。近年来，通窍活血汤加减内服配合离子导入在眼底出血治疗中得到应用，且效果理想［1］。我院采用通窍活血汤加减内服并离子导入治疗眼底出血临床疗效较好，报道如下。

1　临床资料

共80例，均为2014年6月至2015年5月我院诊治的眼底出血患者，均符合眼底出血临床诊断标准，其中视网膜静脉阻塞23例，糖尿病视网膜病变17例，高血压性视网膜病变22例，外伤致玻璃体出血15例，其他3例，均自愿签知情同意书。……
