清热利湿汤治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎疗效分析

［摘 要］目的：观察清热利湿汤治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的疗效及对炎症因子的影响。方法：130例随机分为治疗组和对照组各65例。治疗组给予清热利湿汤治疗，对照组给予左氧氟沙星胶囊治疗。结果：总有效率治疗组78．46%、对照组60%，治疗组优于对照组（P＜0．05）；两组前列腺液中白细胞和症状积分均较治疗前下降（P＜0．05），治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组治疗后CRP、TGF-γ、IL-2均较本组治疗前下降（P＜0．05），治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；两组IL-10治疗后均较治疗前上升（P＜0．05），治疗后两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：清热利湿汤可以减轻性细菌性前列腺炎的症状，改善炎症指标，且无明显不良反应。

［Abstract］Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect on chronic bacterial prostatitis treated by Clearing Heat and Eliminating Dampness Decoction and the effect on inflammatory factor. Method： 130 cases were divided into 2 groups in random. 65 cases were treated with Clearing Heat and Eliminating Dampness Decoction as the study group while 65 cases were treated with levofloxacin capsule as the control group. Result： The total effective rate of the study group was 78.46% while that of the control group was 60%. The study group was superior to the control group（P＜0．05）. WBC in prostatic fluid and symptom score of both groups of post-treatment decreased compared with that of pre-treatment respectively（P＜0．05） and there was statistical significance between the two groups after the treatment（P＜0．05）. CRP，TGF-γ and IL-2 of both groups of post-book=401,ebook=10treatment decreased compared with that of pre-treatment respectively（P＜0．05）and there was statistical significance between the two groups after the treatment（P＜0．05）. IL-10 of both groups of post-treatment increased compared with that of pretreatment respectively（P＜0．05）and there was statistical significance between the two groups after the treatment（P＜0．05）. Conclusion： Clearing Heat and Eliminating Dampness Decoction could relieve the symptom of chronic bacterial prostatitis and improve inflammatory index without adverse reaction.

慢性细菌性前列腺炎以尿频﹑尿不尽﹑尿浊﹑阴囊潮湿﹑骨盆部位疼痛等为主要症状，影响男性生活质量。笔者使用清热利湿汤治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎65例疗效满意，报道如下。

1　临床资料

共130例，均为2010年1月至2015年6月我院确诊的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组各65例。治疗组65例，年龄21～60岁﹑平均（38.51±10.12）岁，病程2～11年。对照组65例，年龄22～60岁﹑平均（39.12±11.29）岁，病程1～11年。两组—般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

诊断与纳入标准：①符合中国中西医结合学会男科专业委员会制定的《慢性前列腺炎中西医结合诊疗指南（试行版）》［1］中关于慢性细菌性前列腺炎的诊断标准。……
