活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗手足皲裂疗效分析

［摘 要］目的：观察活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗手足皲裂的临床效果。方法：100例随机分为两组各50例，对照组用卤米松乳膏外涂治疗，试验组用活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗。结果：总有效率试验组94．0%、对照组80．0%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗手足皲裂疗效显著。

［Abstract］Objective：To observe the clinical effect on rhagades of hand and foot treated by Activating Blood，Eliminating Wind and Moistening Skin Decoction by external washing. Method： 100 cases were divided into 2 groups in random. 50 cases were treated with Halometasone Cream by external application as the control group while 50 cases were treated with Activating Blood， Eliminating Wind and Moistening Skin Decoction by external washing as the study group. Result： The total effective rate os the study group was 94.0% while that of the control group was 80.0%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P＜0．05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect is significant on rhagades of hand and foot treated by Activating Blood， Eliminating Wind and Moistening Skin Decoction by external washing.

手足皲裂是日常生活中十分常见的一种物理性皮肤病［1］。手足皲裂冬季的患病率较高﹑易反复发作﹑治疗难度较大，临床特点主要是病变部位皮肤变得粗糙﹑增厚﹑开裂，同时局部疼痛或者出血。传统临床治疗手足皲裂，常用甘油外擦﹑尿素霜外擦等，但透皮效果较差，愈合时间较长。我院用活血祛风润肤汤外洗治疗手足皲裂临床效果较好，报道如下。

1　临床资料

共100例，均为2014年12月至2015年12月我院诊治的手足皲裂患者，通过随机数字双盲进行平均分组。试验组50例，男29例，女21例；年龄18～70岁，平均（48.98±7.08）岁；病程0.3～18年，平均（10.23±3.06）年；掌跖角化症13例，汗疱疹16例，手足皲裂性湿疹21例；轻重分级为Ⅰ级25例，Ⅱ级20例，Ⅲ级5例。对照组50例，男28例，女22例；年龄10～71岁，平均（48.86±7.26）岁；病程0.4～19年，平均（10.95±3.48）年；掌跖角化症12例，汗疱疹15例，手足皲裂性湿疹23例；轻重分级为Ⅰ级28例，Ⅱ级18例，Ⅲ级4例。两组一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），具有可比性。

诊断标准：参照《临床皮肤病学》中关于手足皲裂的诊断标准［2］。……
