太阳能烟囱制冷系统的研究

摘要:
通过分析制冷系统和太阳能烟囱热气流发电系统的技术和特点,提出了太阳能烟囱制冷系统.将太阳能烟囱系统与制冷系统相结合进行制冷,可实现制冷不用电.该系统由烟囱、集热棚、蓄热层、涡轮机、开启式制冷压缩机、冷凝器和变速器等组成.介绍了太阳能烟囱制冷系统的结构特点、工作原理以及系统相关参数的计算方法.分析结果表明,太阳能烟囱制冷系统结构简单,运行维护方便,制冷不用电,无污染,具有良好的环境效应,可根据环境温度改变压缩机运行转速调节供冷负荷,能有效解决热带及沙漠地区的供冷及供电问题.

Abstract:
By analyzing the technical features of solar hot air chimney generating electricity and refrigeration system,a solar chimney refrigeration system combining with them to provide cooling water without electricity was proposed.It is made up of chimney,heat collector,heat storage layer,turbine,opentype compressor,condenser,and transmission.The operation principles,structure characteristics and geometric theory of this refrigeration system were formulated and analyzed,and the calculation formulae for refrigeration performance parameters and size of chimney and heat collector were deduced preliminarily basing on rated cooling capacity.The analysis results show that this mechanism is of simple structure,easy operation and maintenance,refrigerating without electricity,no pollution and has good environmental effect.It can change the speed of the compressor to regulate cooling load according to the ambient temperature,besides,it can effectively solve the problem of cooling and power supply in tropical and desert regions.

在压缩式制冷系统中,压缩机依靠电源供电,使制冷剂在系统内循环.为使系统热量能够在冷凝器内有效释放,在冷凝器侧安装了电机和叶片.电机供电后,叶片强制环境空气流过冷凝器进行换热,空气带走制冷系统的热量,实现制冷.制冷系统耗电量大,在炎热的夏季易产生用电高峰,造成供电紧张.因此,研究各类低耗电量或不用电的制冷系统,具有重大现实意义.
由于具有不依赖电力、不使用氟利昂作制冷剂、季节适应性好、无运动部件、可利用余热废热等优点,吸收式制冷系统在中央空调中得到广泛应用.但该系统节电不节能,能效低,能耗大,机组笨重且价格无优势,所以,吸收式制冷系统的发展也……
