【摘要】作为我国建筑施工过程中普遍适用的预应力管桩，施工优势明显、施工工艺成熟、强度高、承压性能好、施工的速度快、适用范围广泛等优点，是当前多数建筑施工质量的根本保证。但是在预应力管桩被大量使用的同时，容易出现两截桩接头脱开、管桩偏位、倾斜等施工质量问题。为了更好的保证预应力管桩在工程上保证实施质量，本文侧重对其进行全面分析，解析可能面临的问题，并提出解决问题的处理办法。

【Abstract】As the construction process of the general application of prestressed pipe pile construction obvious advantages， construction technology is mature， high strength， good performance under pressure， construction speed， wide range of advantages， most of the current building construction quality of the fundamental guarantee . But at the same Prestressed Pipe is heavily used， prone to two parts pile joint disengaged pile deviation， tilt and other construction quality problems. In order to better ensure the prestressed pipe pile in the project to ensure the implementation of quality， this article focuses on problem-solving approach to perform a comprehensive analysis to resolve problems likely to face and propose.

1. 前言

（1）从预应力管桩施工的原理来看，是通过特定的工程方法形成特定的桩型，是依托成熟的管桩施工工艺，将混凝土通过离心脱水处理，预先以张法施加预应力，并在预应力达到特定的强度要求后，放张预应力筋，再配以蒸压的形式，最终养护形成预制的混凝土管桩。预应力管桩施工有很多的有点，如施工优势明显、施工工艺成熟、强度高、承压性能好、施工的速度快、适用范围广泛等等，这些有点的存在，让其在被应用之初就快速在各大工程中占据不败的低位。但同时，一些工程发生的因预应力管桩施工发生的质量问题，不仅给工程产生了很多的负面影响，还让工程的员工承受不必要的风险和损失。

（2）因此加强对预应力管桩施工的质量监督，对其可能产生的问题采取预防措施，并对已经出现了的质量问题进行实时、高效处理，才是确保其正常发挥保证工程质量、加快工程速度的保证基础。……
