摘 要：目的 对比中西医疗法治疗放射性皮肤损伤的疗效，找出简便、经济、疗效满意的治疗方法。方法 雌性Wistar大鼠30 只，用Co60γ射线以40 Gy进行照射建立急性放射性皮炎动物模型，分为中药方组、庆大霉素联合康复新组、紫草油与氯霉素组及模型对照组，待动物出现急性放射性皮肤损伤后，分别予中药方和庆大霉素联合康复新及紫草油与氯霉素溶液涂抹皮损部位，观察各组皮肤损伤变化。结果 同一放射剂量下，用药组溃疡愈合率高于模型组（P<0.05），紫草油与氯霉素组溃疡愈合率高于庆大霉素联合康复新组（P<0.05）；庆大霉素联合康复新组愈合率高于中药方组（P<0.05）

Abstract：Comparing the effect of treatments of radioactive skin injury with traditional Chinese and Western methods to find a simple， economical and satisfactory therapeutic method.Methods：30Wistar rats， with Co60 gamma ray to 40 Gy were irradiated to establish an animal model of acute radiation dermatitis，dividing into traditional Chinese medicine group， gentamycin combined with Kang Fuxin group， Lithospermum oil and chloramphenicol group and model control group. When the animal appears to be injured by acute radioactive， respectively treating Chinese medicine and gentamicin combined with Kang Fuxin with Arnebia Root oil and chloramphenicol solution smear lesions to observe the changes of skin lesions.Results： Under the same radiation dose， the medication group， ulcer healing rate is higher than that in the model group（P<0.05）， the rate is higher than gentamycin combined with Kang Fuxin group（P<0.05） healing Arnebia Root oil and chloramphenicol group ulcer；Gentamycin combined with Kangfuxin group healing rate is higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group （P<0.05）.

放射治疗是肿瘤的常规治疗方法之一，但放射线在杀伤肿瘤细胞同时也损伤正常组织细胞，放射性皮肤损伤不同于一般的烧伤和溃疡，射线直接作用于皮肤及其深部组织细胞，发生渐进性退变和坏死，而且迁延时间长，最终形成广泛纤维化，自愈的可能性很小。

目前，临床用于治疗放射性皮肤损伤的药物较多，良莠不齐。庆大霉素联合康复新效果良好，中药方药清热解毒、润燥抗菌，能起到控制渗液、感染和愈合后不留疤的功效。氯霉素和紫草油材料易取，价格低廉，操作方便，易于患者接受。对比中西医疗法的疗效，找出简便、经济、疗效满意的治疗方法。

1 材料

1.1 实验动物

实验动物为清洁级成年雌性Wistar大鼠，体质量180～220 g，购自北京维通利华实验动物技术有限公司，动物合格证批号：SCXK（京）2012-0001。
