摘要 信息时代的学位与研究生教育管理系统在很大程度上提高了研究生管理工作的效率，实现了各个工作环节之间的资源共享，推动了学位与研究生教育管理工作的规范化和科学化。本文结合江西师范大学办学实际，分析了当前高校学位与研究生教育管理系统普遍存在的不足，围绕学位与研究生管理系统在新形势下的创新路径进行了初步探究，认为在新形势下，高校的学位与研究生教育管理系统应该从数据源唯一、涵盖学科建设、丰富用户分级权限、取代日常管理和增加人性化设计等方面加以改善和提升。

Analysis about the Innovation Path of University's Degree and Graduate Education Management System under the New Situation

——Taking Jiangxi Normal University as an example

Abstract In the information age， degree and graduate education management system has greatly improved the efficiency of the graduate students' management work， it is realized the resource sharing among the various work links， promoted the standardization and scientific of the degree and graduate education management. Based on the fact of Jiangxi Normal University， it is analyzed the common problems of university degree and graduate education management system， explored the innovation path of degree and graduate management system under the new situation. In the new situation， the University's degree and graduate education management system should be improved from the five aspects - Single data sources， covering subject construction， enriching user classification authority， replacing daily management and increasing human design.

随着国内高校研究生招生规模的不断扩大和招生类型的不断增多，现有的学位与研究生教育管理系统逐渐不能满足形势发展的需要。如何从这种量大且重复性强的工作中解放出来，提高管理水平和工作效率，将更多精力投入到研究生教育研究及培养质量监控等方面，已成为研究生管理部门亟待解决的问题。①

1 当前学位与研究生教育管理系统的主要功能

（1）对研究生的信息进行分类管理。这是研究生管理系统的原始和基础功能，涵括了从研究生学籍注册、选课排课、成绩录入到学位信息及毕业数据管理各基本环节。其主要功能是将研究生个人学籍信息保存在电子数据库，并分别调用于培养各阶段，同时赋予该用户组一定的互动权限。……
