摘 要：项目针对贵州、云南等西南区域马铃薯生产中存在栽培管理粗放、晚疫病发生严重、严重干旱频繁发生等影响和制约马铃薯生产的问题，结合西南山区生态类型多样化及立体气候的独特性，开展马铃薯周年丰产关键技术研究与示范。通过项目实施，提高西南区域马铃薯综合生产能力，解决马铃薯生产过程中影响马铃薯产量和质量的共性及关键重大技术瓶颈问题，促进马铃薯综合增产配套技术措施的实施、保障马铃薯标准化优质高效安全生产，促进产业升级为根本目标。通过西南及类似生态区域马铃薯生产中的关键技术的研究、集成与示范，初步构建起具有不同种植区域特色的马铃薯优质高效生产技术创新体系，发展和建立具有地域特色的专业化、商品薯和加工原料薯生产示范基地，促进马铃薯产业发展升级。
