摘要：探讨了高仿真水貂绒面料的生产工艺，指出生产高仿真水貂绒面料原料由粗旦和细旦腈纶混合使用；染色时不同颜色保温时间不同；和毛后含水率细旦腈纶11%，粗旦腈纶为15%。定形机温度控制在130 ～ 150 ℃，门幅（155±2）cm，克重控制在1 000 g/m2左右，毛高在15 ～ 18 mm，烫剪温度不超过160 ℃等。

Discussion on the Production Process of High-imitation Mink Fur

Abstract： This paper discussed the production process of high-imitation mink fur. It pointed out that the raw materials for producing high-imitation mink fur are blends of coarse-denier and fine-denier acrylic fibers； the holding time of different colors is different； after lubrication， the moisture content of fine-denier acrylic fiber is 11%， the coarse-denier acrylic fiber is 15%. The temperature of boarding machine is controlled at 130 ～150 ℃， the width is（155±2）cm， the weight is controlled at 1 000 g/m2， the height of fluff is 15 ～ 18 mm.

水貂绒分为剪毛绒和拔毛绒两种，两种貂绒都经过拔针（拔去貂绒的长毛，又称枪毛，只保留底绒）处理，前者按工艺要求修剪成不同厚度，为剪毛貂绒，后者不修剪，为拔毛貂绒。用经过处理的水貂绒制作的服装不再臃肿，同时显得更加轻盈。水貂绒可以染成各种颜色，还可以通过压花、剪成高低不同的毛绒。但由于水貂绒缺少枪毛保护，而更怕油烟及重物的挤压，在生活中应更加精心养护。

近年来，随着野生动物保护意识的增强，野生动物毛皮日渐珍贵，价格不断上扬。为此，本文开发了高仿真的针织貂绒面料，一方面降低了成本，产品不霉不蛀、保养方便；另一方面又保留了水貂绒毛绒丰厚、色泽光润、手感顺畅、轻柔结实、贴身保暖等优点，较好地适应了市场的发展需求。高仿真针织貂绒面料的生产工艺流程为原料→染色→编织→后整理。

1 原料选择

高仿真水貂绒面料选用日本钟渊公司生产的KANECARON改性阻燃腈纶。生产高仿真水貂绒面料的腈纶一般由粗旦和细旦腈纶混合使用，长度在28 ～ 127 mm，其中粗旦（17 ～ 33 D）腈纶占35% ～ 40%，细旦型为高收缩腈纶，占60% ～ 65%。……
