摘要：信息化是我国国民经济和社会发展的重要中长期战略。教育信息技术与教学融合质量关乎推进信息技术与教育深度融合的质量，关乎推进教育信息化改革的成果质量。本文从教学软件与信息平台、电子化教学资源、教师个体差异和学生电子化阅读习惯等四个方面分析了当前教育信息技术与教学融入的困境，并进一步分析其原因，最后对信息化技术、信息平台和教学资源融入、教师信息化培训策略和提升学生电子化阅读能力提出相应的对策和建议。

Analysis on the Integration of Education Information

Technology and Teaching

Abstract：Informatization is an important medium and long term strategy for the national economic and social development in China. The quality of education information technology and teaching integration is related to promoting the quality of information technology and education depth integration， which is related to the quality of achievements in promoting the reform of educational information. The from the four aspects of teaching software and information platform， electronic teaching resources， teachers' individual differences and student electronic reading habits analysis the predicament of the education of information technology and teaching into， and further analysis of its causes， finally to the information technology， information platform and teaching resources integration， the strategy of informatization of teacher training and enhance the student electronic reading ability put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

2000年10月25日时任教育部部长陈至立在“全国中小学信息技术教育工作会议”的讲话中首次提出“信息技术与课程整合”。后来教育部颁发的《基础教育课程改革纲要（试行）》中正式出现此概念。2010年7月29日布了经中央政治局和国务院审议通过的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2020年）》明确指出：“信息技术对教育发展具有革命性影响，必须予以高度重视”。2012年3月教育部颁发《教育信息化十年发展规划（2011-2020年）》，对信息技术与教育发展的融合进行了具体细化和落实。该规划第一次提出“信息技术与教育深度融合”的观念，并且十多次提出“深度融合”。该《规划》指出坚持“深度融合，引领创新”，推进教育信息化的工作方针，并把“信息技术与教育融合发展的水平显著提升”作为今后十年的发展目标之一。

随着我国信息化水平的不断提升，我国教育信息技术水平得到快速提高，但是教育信息技术与教育融合过程中存在诸多障碍，特别是教育信息技术和教学相互割裂现象严重，教学方式仍旧局限于传统的面对面的人工指导。……
