【摘要】井点降水法是在实际开挖地下水位埋藏较浅，基础埋设较深，土内含水接近饱和状态，沿基坑四周每隔一定间距布设井点管，井点管底部设置滤水管插入透水层，上部接软管与集水总管进行连接，集水总管为钢管，周身设置与井点管间距相同的吸水管口，然后通过真空吸水泵将集水管内水抽出，从而达到降低基坑四周地下水位的效果，保证了基底的干燥无水。

【Abstract】Well point dewatering method is in the actual excavation of underground water buried depth is shallow and deep foundation embedment， Tsuchinai Mizu close to saturation state， along a tube around the pit every certain distance layout of well point， well point pipe at the bottom of the filter pipe set into permeable layer， connected with the upper part of the hose and the water collecting duct are connected， collecting duct for the steel， Zhoushen setting and well point pipe suction nozzle of the same distance， then through a vacuum suction pump will set the internal water pipe out， so as to achieve the effect of lowering the groundwater level around the pit， to ensure that the basal dry.

1. 概述

某县公路局新办公楼选址处于弥河东岸1000米，根据现场实际开挖发现地下水位埋藏较浅，-0.8m米处见地下水。房建基础埋设较深，自然地面向下4.0m为基础标高，土内含水接近饱和状态，这种施工条件给基础施工带来很大的困难。基础开挖后随时有塌方的危险，基础开挖后如果塌方，可能会造成重大安全事故，后果不堪设想，存在极大的安全隐患。因此根据实际情况采用井点降水。为了满足文明施工的要求，确保安全生产和工程质量，施工单位采取轻型井点降水的措施，井点降水所排出的水必须按要求排放到指定的排水井，并做好排水的过滤工作，这些降水、排水工作都要持续到房建基础工程完毕回填后才能停止，以保证房建基础等在无水条件下施工。

2. 施工准备

根据工程的结构、特点、进度要求及现场实际情况，投入足够的施工人员，机械设备按种类和数量组织进场。合理规划摆放位置，暂时未用的设备应维修完好待命。……
