摘 要：卷烟企业在生产加工过程中，有大量缺陷的烟支、烟包会被检测出来，烟支中的烟丝则要回收利用，通过残烟回收装置处理后的烟丝可再得以利用，尽可能减少原材料的浪费，目前国内常见的残烟处理方法有刀剖分解法、胶棒摔打法、水湿处理法，但所有的方法都不能避免烟纸的破碎混合到回收的烟丝中，如何提高烟丝纯净度成了生产企业的首要问题。残烟丝异物智能剔除系统就是专门用于检测残烟丝中烟纸、烟嘴等杂物的系统，该系统通过智能相机实时在线检测残烟丝，通过软件分析判断并剔除烟纸等杂物，提升残烟丝的回收利用率。

Abstract：Cigarette companies in the process of production and processing，a large number of defects YanZhi， cigarette package will be detected，YanZhi of tobacco will be recycled，through the smoke residue recycling equipment after treatment of tobacco to be used，as far as possible to reduce the waste of raw materials， at present domestic common smoke residue treatment methods are knife cutting decomposition method， the glue stick break method， wet processing method，but all the methods can avoid the fractured mixed into the recycling of tobacco of cigarette paper，how to improve the tobacco purity has become the chief problem of production enterprises. Remnants of tobacco foreign intelligence to eliminate system is used to detect residual tobacco ZhongYan paper， cigarette holder of other systems， such as the system through the intelligent camera real-time online detection of tobacco，judgement through the analysis of the software and eliminate cigarette paper and other sundry， promote recyclingof residual of tobacco.

残烟丝异物智能剔除系统采用图像处理与识别方法，根据物体颜色、形状、纹理、图案等多方面性状特征，在线识别残烟丝中的异物，如：烟纸屑、嘴棒丝团等，并实时剔除异物，提高烟丝品质。
