摘要：基于统一身份认证，提出了水运信息系统集成应用的逻辑架构，构建了水运信息系统集成综合应用平台。基于统一身份认证的水运信息系统集成综合应用平台，在对组织机构、用户信息、角色权限统一管理的基础上，实现各水运业务子系统的无缝集成和单点登录，有效地解决了行业当前所面临的业务系统蓬勃发展而信息孤岛现象日益严重的矛盾，提高了水运科研单位的服务效率和协同办公能力。

1 概述

随着计算机信息技术的不断进步，中国正经历着新一轮的产业革命[1-2]。作为国家信息化发展战略的一部分，水运的信息化水平还有待进一步提高[3]。从管理信息系统建设方面来看，业务系统爆发式增长的同时，随之而来的问题也日益凸显，总结分析后可作如下阐述：

1）用户信息维护复杂。各业务子系统拥有自己的登录模式，因此用户需要在多个系统即多点进行个人及组织机构信息的维护[4]。引入统一用户管理[5]就可以实现用户身份的集中统一管理，这将大大简化用户个人信息的维护工作。

2）用户重复登录业务子系统。根据业务办理的不同要求，用户需要多次登录并访问所属子系统开展相关业务处理[6]。引入统一身份认证管理[7]就可以实现用户单次登录使用多个受信系统，如此则简捷了用户的登录操作，提高办公效率。
