摘要：为了探索校企联合培养应用技术型人才的新模式，建立适应社会和企业发展需求的人才培养与输送渠道，分析目前软件工程专业产学研合作教育模式的关键性问题，通过与行业专家及知名企业高管座谈调研，确立优质伙伴选择原则，明确合作教育内容，建立产学研合作管理机制，构建合作教育绩效评价机制，为地方型高校软件工程专业产学研合作教育提供一定的借鉴作用，为提高本科教学质量和提升学生就业质量，提供一条有效的途径。

Research on the Mode of Cooperative Education for Software Engineering in Local Universities

Abstract： In order to explore the college and enterprise joint cultivation pattern application technology talents， establish adapt to social and business development needs of talent training and the transportation channel， the analysis of the current software engineering professional cooperative education mode of the key issues， by talking about research with industry experts and well-known enterprise's high tube， established a high-quality partner selection principle， clear cooperation education content， to establish cooperation management mechanism， construct the performance evaluation mechanism of cooperative education， provide certain reference. In order to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and enhance the quality of employment of students， providing an effective way for local university software engineering professional cooperative education.

麦可思研究院发布的《2015年大学生就业报告》[1]中，软件工程专业仍位列绿牌专业名单中，且属于年薪最高的两个专业之一（分别为建筑和软件）。然而，2014届大学毕业生“受雇全职工作”的比例（79.2%）与2013届、2012届（分别为80.6%、81.3%）相比有所下降，2014届大学毕业生自主创业比例为2.9%，比2013届（2.3%）高0.6个百分点，比2012届（2.0%）高0.9个百分点。从近三届的趋势可以看出，大学毕业生自主创业的比例呈现持续和较大的上升趋势。如何稳定软件工程专业就业率与激发自主创业的自信心，是教学管理者亟待解决的问题。对于一些行业特色明显的非“985”和“211”高等院校，特别是地方型高等院校，更加要思考如何通过产学研合作教育提升学生的职业能力，才能使其自身的发展不停滞[2]。
