卫星移动通信系统集群通信竞争回退策略研究

摘要在卫星移动通信系统基础上，实现集群通信组呼功能。当前卫星组呼通信采用固定频率方式，组呼成员在一个频率下进行通信，实用性差。针对组呼用户身份转换竞争上行信道的过程，为降低用户碰撞概率，提出一种针对媒体接入控制层(Medium Access Control，MAC)的一键通(Push To Talk，PTT)竞争回退策略，并仿真给出了各优先级的用户的概率曲线。仿真结果表明，竞争策略能够很好地保证优先级高的用户有较大的PTT竞争成功的概率。

AbstractIn this paper,the group call function of trunked communication is implemented based on mobile satellite communication system.The current satellite group-call communication adopts a fixed frequency mode,and the group-call members communicate in a same frequency,which is not practical.This paper puts forward a fallback strategy for the push-to-talk (PTT) competitive conflict at medium access control (MAC) layer to lower conflict probability during a group call,and the simulation is performed to present the probability curve of all priority users.The simulation results show that the competition strategy has higher probability of success in PTT competition.

在指挥调度以及抢险救灾中，集群组呼通信发挥着重要作用[1]，由于地面集群通信网络覆盖范围有限，在通信时，会发生超出网络覆盖范围的情况。卫星移动通信系统对通信距离不敏感，在此基础上实现组呼呼叫功能，能够极大地提高集群通信覆盖范围。卫星移动通信系统提供基于卫星的移动通信业务，其中所涉及的通信都是单呼呼叫[2]。将集群通信与卫星移动通信系统融合，可在卫星移动通信系统中实现组呼通信。目前我国在这个研究方向还没有成熟的研究成果，所以依靠目前卫星移动通信的资源，建设覆盖全球的数字卫星集群通信具有广阔的应用前景[3]。在卫星集群通信系统中，移动台用户在入网后竞争上行话音信道，由于用户众多，在竞争过程中由于信息“碰撞”会造成请求发送失败[4]。……
