摘要针对旅馆建筑的电气设计，从负荷等级的确定到配电和照明设计，进行了较为详细的论述。尤其是对柴油发电机组启动时间和燃油的储存要求，从规范的要求和工程设计中的实际情况，提出了切实可行的方法。从正确理解规范的角度，进一步明确了旅馆建筑中备用照明供电和疏散照明设置蓄电池的要求，以及此类照明消防联动控制要求。

Analysis on the Electrical Content of “Code for design of hotel building”

Abstract Aiming at the electrical design of hotel buildings，detailed discussion is given for the determination of load level，power distribution and lighting design.In particular，the practical methods to the starting time and fuel storage requirements of diesel generator sets are presented combined with the consideration about the requirements of the Codes and the realities in engineering design.Furthermore，from the aspect of exactly understand the Codes，the requirements of standby lighting power supply，escape lighting battery setting and lighting fire control linkage control in hotel buildings are determined.

0　引言

《旅馆建筑设计规范》（JGJ 62）经过修订，已于2014年颁布，此规范是在1990年版本的基础上进行修订的。我国旅馆建筑的真正发展是从80年代末90年代初开始的，旅馆建筑电气技术的发展也随之发生了重大的变化。在这20多年中，一系列的开关电器、客房控制器以及各种智能化系统的出现，对旅馆建筑电气设计产生了重大的影响。无论是国际上的酒店管理公司，还是国内酒店管理公司，都对当今旅馆建筑电气设计提出了更多、更细致的要求。

《旅馆建筑设计规范》（JGJ 62-2014）是一本综合性的规范，涉及建筑中各专业的技术要求，是针对我国旅馆建筑的实际特点和国际、国内技术的发展趋势，审时度势，进行必要的修编，以起到指导此类建筑设计的作用。作为综合性的规范，电气专业也不可能占有过多的篇幅。但旅馆建筑的电气设计必须与时俱进，提出相应的规定和要求。……
