摘要研读近期修订、发布的与旅馆建筑电气设计相关的标准、规范，着重分析这些标准、规范在用电负荷分级，供电、照明的特点，LED的应用和智能化系统的配置等方面的技术要求，结合旅馆建筑的特点，给出设计实施建议，并提出为确保设计质量，收获优秀设计成果，需提高电气设计完成度。

The Analysis and Implementation of Standards and Specifications Linked with Hotel Building Electrical Design

Abstract Standards and regulations related to electrical design for hotel building that have been revised and published recently are researched，analysis is made to focus on these standards and specifications regarding electrical load classification，characteristics of power supply and illumination，as well as technical requirements of LED application and intelligent system configuration.Suggestion on design and implementation is given，and conclusion is provided that in order to guarantee the design quality and achieve outstanding design results，electrical design completeness must be improved.

0　引言

旅馆通常由客房部分、公共部分、辅助部分组成，是为客人提供住宿、餐饮、会议、健身和娱乐等全部或部分服务的公共建筑，也称为酒店、饭店、宾馆、度假村[1]。改革开放以来，我国的旅馆业快速发展，旅馆数量与日俱增，截至2015年第二季度，全国星级饭店约13 020家，其中四、五星级饭店约占30%；旅馆形态呈现多元化，不仅有商务型、旅游度假型、公寓式酒店、酒店式公寓，还有经济型快捷酒店、青年旅社、农家乐、家庭旅馆及汽车旅馆等；随着信息技术的不断发展和节能与生态环境要求的不断提高，旅馆建筑及其电气设计的内涵更是发生了很大变化。这就要求建筑电气设计师必须与时俱进，掌握相关标准、规范要求的技术要点，总结旅馆建筑工程实践经验，提供全面的、深度的设计技术支持与服务。
