摘要：通过对卷烟生产企业的信息化规划和工业4.0时代下两化深度融合，以及建设数字化工厂目标的描述，论述了构建卷包数据采集管理系统的必要性；根据国内大多数卷烟企业生产制造现状和信息化水平，提出了数据采集管理系统的建设目标、思路和原则；通过运用SOA/OPC/XML等技术，以及分层设计的思想和方法，结合数采系统的建设内容，对系统的功能框架、技术架构进行了规划和探讨，并总结得出系统的成功建设将为打造一个数字化、信息化、智能化的优秀工厂提供强有力的技术支撑。

Construction and Application of Cigarette Packer Data Acquisition and Management System

Abstract： Through the deep integration of informatization and industrialization under the informatization planning and Industry 4.0 of cigarette manufacturers， and the description of the goal to establish a digital factory， the necessity is discussed to create the cigarette packer data acquisition and management system. Subject to the manufacturing status quo and informationization level of most domestic cigarette manufacturers， the goals， ideas and principles are proposed for the construction of data acquisition and management system. In combination with the construction contents of the data acquisition system， the function framework and technical architecture of such system are planned and discussed with the Service-oriented Architecture（SOA）/ OLE for Process Control（OPC）/ Extensible Markup Language（XML） and the hierarchical design method. Finally， it is concluded that the successful construction of such system will provide strong technical support to build a superior factory integrated with digitalization， informatization and intelligentization.

随着工业4.0时代的到来，信息化和工业化的深度融合，中国烟草适时提出了坚韧不拔加大科技创新的力度，实现创新驱动发展，卷烟企业必须通过两化的不断融合建设一个数字化、信息化、智能化的优秀工厂，以提高企业竞争力。

1 建设卷包数据采集管理系统的必要性

为了保证数字化、信息化、智能化优秀工厂建设目标的实现，卷烟制造企业需要做好信息化总体架构的三层建设，即上层的ERP（Enterprise Resource Planning）系统建设、中间层的MES （Manufacturing Execution System）系统建设、底层的自动化控制系统建设。卷包数据采集管理系统作为制造工厂的底层核心控制系统是联系底层自动化与MES系统的枢纽，通过其与底层自动化的全面集成，为生产和管理部门提供决策手段和依据，不断增强企业的生产制造能力[1]。……
