摘要：新型节能环保灰渣混凝土轻质墙板是建筑产业现代化中的一个重要组成部分，全面实现了建筑物内隔墙采用工厂化生产、现场装配式施工的现代施工方法。该文提及的轻质墙板是以水泥为胶凝材料，利用建渣等固体废弃物作填充材料，通过机械震动和螺旋挤压双成型技术生产的新型节能环保建筑轻质隔墙板。具有轻质高强、节能环保等特点，符合绿色施工和建筑产业化的发展方向。

Abstract：New energy saving and environmental friendly light wallboard of coal combustion concrete is an important part of the modernization of the construction industry, fully realizing the modern construction for the interior building wall. The light wallboard panels mentioned in this paper adopt cement as cementitious material and solid waste like construction slag as filling material and, with mechanical vibration and screw extrusion technology, it is transformed into the new energy saving and environmental protection building light partition board, featured by light weight, energy saving, environmental protection and so on, in line with the development trend of green construction and construction industry.

建筑产业现代化是指采用现代工业化生产方式替代现场现浇作业方式建造建筑产品，通过标准化设计、工厂化生产、装配化施工、一体化装修和信息化管理，提高工程质量，推进绿色施工，实现节能减排，改善人居环境，是建筑产业转型升级的必然趋势。新型节能环保灰渣混凝土轻质墙板采用了一种以装P.O32.5级以上普通硅酸盐水泥为凝结材料，炉渣、建渣、植物渣、脱硫石膏等工业废渣和房建、道路及市政工程的固废为主要填充材料，机械震动和螺旋挤压双成型技术生产的新型节能环保建筑轻质隔墙板。结合近年来对轻质墙板的应用研究，发现灰渣混凝土轻质墙板更适于西南地区夏热冬冷、潮湿的气候条件下使用，并通过长期的应用研究，有效地解决了安装过程和使用过程中板缝开裂的质量通病问题。……
