调控一体化模式下监控报文信息的优化应用

摘要本文通过优化调控系统信息上传量，有效地缓解了监控运行的监视压力，并通过对设备运行中出现的垃圾信息进行清理、整治，提高了监控信息的质量，让调控人员在处理电网设备异常、故障时能及时、准确的分析、汇报，从而有力地保证了电网设备的安全稳定运行。

Abstract Information uploaded by optimizing control system， this paper effectively alleviate the pressure of the monitoring of the monitoring operation， and through to the equipment in the running of spam for cleaning， renovation， and improve the quality of the monitoring information， make abnormal regulation of staff in dealing with power grid equipment， failure to timely and accurate analysis，reporting， so as to effectively guarantee the power grid safe and stable operation of the equipment.

根据国家电网公司“三集五大”体系建设的总体要求，大运行体系的电网调控一体化运行模式下，各变电站报文信息汇集到电力调控中心集中处理。此种模式下，调控人员可以全面掌握电网实时信息，但也使得调控中心接收处理的信息量大大增加，而且这些信息中有相当一部分是由于设备缺陷未及时处理引起的，严重干扰调控值班员判断和处理尤其是在故障发生时，信息短时间内大量上传，值班员容易遗漏重要告警信号，给电网安全运行带来隐患。

本文着眼于信息筛选，进行了监控报文信息的优化应用探讨，目的是滤去干扰信号，优化上传信息，为调控人员正确快速地处理事故提供可靠依据，同时为故障处理争取更多的时间，为进一步完善电网调控管理工作而奠定基础。

1　现状调查

对电网运行过程中发生的事故处理信息统计结果表明，事故判断时间较长的是110kV及以上的主变、母线和线路故障。……
