土木工程专业“卓越计划”企业学习阶段教学实践与探索*

摘要：文章以一所地方普通高等院校“卓越计划”试点班的企业学习阶段教学实践为例，总结在实施基于“卓越计划”的创新型土木工程人才培养中组织企业课程教学、指导毕业设计和实习的经验，提出企业学习阶段的教学应以健全的双师型队伍和良好的深度合作企业群为基础，采用“请进来”和“走出去”的双向组织形式，从而丰富校企联合培养模式，助推卓越计划的目标达成。

Abstract：This paper takes "enterprise learning" in Civil Engineering "excellent plan" of a local ordinary institute as an example，and summarizes the experiences of the organization enterprise course teaching，graduation design and practice guidance for the innovation of civil engineering talents cultivation based on "excellence plan". It considers that the teaching of "enterprise learning" stage should be based on a sound dual division team and a good cooperative enterprise group，with "please come in" and "go out" two-way organizational form，in order to enrich the school enterprise joint training model，and achieve the goals of "excellent plan".

为顺应我国从制造业大国转向制造业强国的战略转型和人口红利走向人才红利的过渡，教育部于2010年6月启动了“卓越工程师教育培养计划”，简称“卓越计划”。该计划试图通过强化企业学习和国际交流过程，重点培养学生的工程实践能力，工程创新思维及工程管理能力［1］；因此作为该计划重要抓手之一的“企业学习”，其教学组织与落实成为了该计划目标达成的关键。文章以一所正向应用型大学转型发展的地方普通高等院校为例，总结了其实施基于“卓越计划”的创新型土木工程人才培养中组织企业课程教学、指导毕业设计和实习的经验，为构建科学合理的“企业学习”教学体系，创新校企联合培养机制做出了尝试性探索。
