农林高校低年级学生心理适应性教育研究*

摘要：本文基于对高校学生适应性教育问题的思考，立足于农林高校低年级学生心理适应性教育的研究，通过诠释心理健康与心理适应性教育的内涵，分析农林高校低年级学生心理适应性问题的现状和存在心理适应性问题的原因，提出加强思想政治教育、转变家校教育观念、突出校园文化建设、丰富社会实践活动等措施加强对农林高校低年级学生心理适应性教育，帮助农林学子培养良好的心理素质和受挫能力，树立价值自信，明确职业目标，提高适应能力，增强就业竞争力，最终适应社会发展的需要。

Abstract:The paper is based on both the thinking of college students' adaptability education problems, and psychological adaptability education research of university junior students majoring in agriculture and forestry. Through the interpretation of mental health and psychological adaptability education, the paper analyzes the current situation and reasons of psychological adaptability problems of university junior students majoring in agriculture and forestry, and puts forward measures including strengthening ideological and political education, changing the concept of family and university education, emphasizing the construction of campus culture, enriching social practice. Through these measures, we hope to strengthen psychological adaptability education of university junior students majoring in agriculture and forestry and help them to cultivate good psychological quality and anti-frustration ability, set up the value confidence, clarify career goal, improve the adaptability, enhance the employment competitiveness, and meet the need of social development ultimately.

高校学生适应性教育是一项长期性、连续性、系统性工程，是大学生思想政治教育的基础。高校低年级学生的心理适应性教育是大学生思想政治教育的开端，影响着学生在人生道路中的思想成长和个人发展，对学生的健康成才起着极其重要的基础作用。近年来，基于各种主客观因素，大学生心理问题越来越突出，心理健康教育也越来越受到重视，已经成为高校人才培养过程中急需研究和解决的课题。……
