大学生急救能力相关调查及比较研究

[摘要]①目的全面了解大学生基础急救技能的掌握情况与培训需求。②方法采取方便抽样的调查方式，对南京城区医学与非医学专业大学生急救相关情况进行初步调研。③结果88.9%的大学生知道急救电话是120，自评“会操作”各单项基础急救技能的概率在10%左右；94.7%以上的大学生认为有必要掌握基础急救技能；网络电视和学校培训是目前大学生获得急救知识的主要途径；认为培训最佳场所是学校的大学生相对较多，培训最佳方式选择利用专门的人体模型模拟练习的占大多数；医学生急救技能明显高于非医学生。④结论大学生对急救技能需求较强，对大学生的急救技能培训工作十分迫切；培训地点可选择在校园内，讲座结合模拟练习应是最佳培训方式。医学院校可以在大学城急救培训中发挥积极作用。

First aid ability related investigation and comparative study of medical students and non medical students

[ABBSTRACT]ObjectiveTo fully understand the students' basic first aid skills and training needs. MethodsTaking the convenience sample survey method, the relevant circumstances of the first aid ability of the medical and non medical college students in Nanjing city were investigated preliminarily. ResultsOnly 88.9%of the students know the emergency telephone number is 120. The ratio of self-assessment "mastering the operation" of each individual basic first aid skill is around 10%. More than 94.7% college students think it is necessary to grasp the basic first aid skills. Network and television together with school training are the main ways to obtain first aid knowledge for college students. More college students believe that the best place for training is campus and the best way is the simulative exercising on specialized human model. Medical students' first aid skills were significantly higher than those of non medical students.ConclusionStudents have strong demand for first aid skills, and first aid Publicity and training of college students is very urgent. The training location can be chosen in the campus and the lecture combined with simulation exercises should be the best training method. Medical colleges can play a positive role in first aid training in college city.

随着我国经济社会的快速发展，院前急救的社会需求急剧上升，其中创伤和心脑血管急救占据院前急救的前两位[1～3]。猝死患者抢救的最佳时间是4min，严重创伤伤员抢救的黄金时间是30min[4]。如果院外急救没有争取到最关键的时间段，患者很难得到有效治疗。即使是医疗服务较先进的发达国家，专业的急救人员也很难及时赶到，这就需要社会公众积极参与院前急救。……
