【摘 要】 目的：观察益气温阳汤治疗心肾阳虚型心衰的临床效果。方法：选取100例心肾阳虚型心衰患者，根据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组患者给予西药常规治疗，观察组患者在西药常规治疗的基础上服用益气温阳汤，观察比较两组患者治疗前后的中医症候评分、心率、6分钟步行试验米数、左室射血分数、生活质量评分及治疗总有效率。结果：治疗前，两组患者各项指标对比无统计学差异（P>0.05）；治疗后，观察组患者各项指标水平明显优于对照组，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组的治疗总有效率是88%，对照组的治疗总有效率是70%，组间差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：给予心肾阳虚型心衰患者益气温阳汤治疗，能够显著改善患者的各项指标水平，提高临床治疗总有效率，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of heart kidney yang deficiency of heart failure. Methods 100 cases of heart and kidney yang deficiency syndrome in patients with heart failure to be studied， according to the methods of treatment， divided into two groups： reference group （n=50）， observation group （n=50）. The reference group were treated with conventional therapy， the observation group were treated with Qi and Wen Yangtang， and the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score， heart rate， 6 minutes walking test， Zuo Shishe blood score， life quality score and treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment， the two groups of patients with no difference in the index （P>0.05）； after treatment， the observation group of patients with the indicators were significantly better than the reference group， the difference was significant （P<0.05）. The total effective rate of the observation group was 88%， and the total effective rate was 70%， the difference was significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Give heart kidney yang deficiency of heart failure patients with Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in the treatment of， can significantly improve the patient's levels of the indicators， improve the clinical treatment the total efficiency， is worthy of clinical use and promotion of the treatment.

随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人均寿命的不断增长，人口老龄化趋势日益明显，导致慢性心力衰竭（简称心衰）的发病率与住院率随之提升。心衰是心脏或者其他脏腑疾患致使心室充盈与射血功能障碍的病症，是一种较为常见的临床心血管疾病。本研究通过对100例心肾阳虚型心衰患者临床治疗的观察，探讨益气温阳汤的临床治疗效果，现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 选取我院2013年1月至2015年8月期间收治的100例心肾阳虚型心衰患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方法分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组50例患者中，女性患者23例，男性患者27例；最小年龄是45岁，最大年龄是82岁，平均年龄为（64.3±5.9）岁；心功能等级：Ⅱ级9例，Ⅲ级33例，Ⅳ级8例。观察组50例患者中，女性患者22例，男性患者28例；最小年龄是47岁，最大年龄是81岁，平均年龄为（63.6±5.7）岁；心……
