‘新新2号’核桃坚果种仁脂肪含量光谱反演模型

摘 要:利用光谱技术为‘新新2号(Juglans regia 'Xinxin2')核桃坚果种仁脂肪含量的早期快速预测提供技术途径。基于“3414”肥料效应田间试验,通过Person相关分析筛选出与叶片N、P、K含量呈极显著相关的光谱敏感波段,并采用回归分析建立‘新新2号核桃种仁脂肪含量光谱反演模型。结果显示,‘新新2号核桃果实坐果期、速生生长期、硬核期、脂化期和近成熟期叶片N素敏感波段分别为422和722 nm,713和990 nm,417和576 nm,630和638 nm,536和713 nm;P素敏感波段分别为468和470 nm,418和504 nm,615和650 nm,329和1 114 nm,424和429 nm;K素敏感波段分别为649和657 nm,708和709 nm,662和722 nm,524 和694 nm,944和981 nm。以上述光谱敏感指示波段为自变量,采用幂函数和指数函数可以构建‘新新2号核桃种仁脂肪含量光谱反演模型。‘新新2号核桃种仁脂肪含量光谱反演模型可通过果实不同生育时期光谱反射率与坚果种仁脂肪含量构建。

Spectral Inversion Models for Nut Kernel Fat Content of Juglans regia 'Xinxin2'

Abstract: As the J. regia 'Xinxin2'walnut kernel fat content of early rapid prediction provides a technical approach using spectrum technology. Based on "3414" fertilizer effect field experiments, select the spectral sensitive bands were significantly correlated with the NPK content of the leaves through the person correlation analysis, by regression analysis, established the spectral inversion models for nut kernel fat content. The spectral sensitive bands of foliar N, P, K element were different in fruit enlargement stage, fruit-set period, fast-growing period, hardcore period, fat changes period and Near mature period of J. regia 'Xinxin2'. The spectral sensitive bands of foliar N element at four phenological stages of fruit development were 422,722,713,990,417,576,630,638,536,713 nm respectively. The spectral sensitive bands of foliar P element were 468 ,470,418,504,615,650,329,1 114,424,429 nm respectively. The spectral sensitive bands of foliar K element were 649,657,708,709,662,722,524,694,944,981 nm respectively. Sensitive indicator in the spectral bands as variable by power function and exponential function to construct the model for nut kernel fat content of J. regia 'Xinxin2'. The spectral inversion model for nut kernel fat content of J. regia 'Xinxin2' can be constructed by walnut fruit in different growth period of spectral reflectance and the nut kernel fat content.

核桃(Juglans regia L.)坚果种仁脂肪含量是核桃坚果品质的重要指标[1]。而坚果品质的好坏直接影响到核桃的经济价值,进而影响农户收入。‘新新2号核桃作为新疆当地主栽品种之一,快速无损地早期预报其坚果种仁脂肪含量对指导其优质生产具有重要意义。近年来,随着光谱技术的快速发展,植物光谱分析方法被广泛运用于作物生理生化特征及果实品质的测定[2]。国内外已有很多学者利用光谱来反演作物的营养状况。这在经济作物小麦[2-4]、玉米[5-6]、黄豆[7]、水稻[8-9]和果树[10-11]等方面均已有相关研究。在光谱反演作物品质方面,王纪华等[12]研究发现,小麦叶片全氮含量的敏感波段为820~1 100 nm和1 150~1 300 nm,通过监测开花期叶片氮含量可有效预测小麦籽粒品质。……
