护理管理在儿科病房应用效果评估

【摘要】目的 探讨护理管理在儿科病房工作中的应用效果。方法 选择2014年12月～2015年12月在我院儿科住院治疗的患儿210例，将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组105例。对照组采用一般常规护理，实验组采用护理管理与常规护理相结合的方法。同时,建立护理人员考核等级表和患儿家属满意度调查表。结果 实验组在实施护理管理后痊愈总有效率为96．19%；对照组总有效率为78．09%，实验组护理效果优于对照组，P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。两组患儿家属满意度调查结果显示，实验组总满意度为85．71%，对照组总满意度为53．33%，实验组总满意度高于对照组，P＜0．05，差异具有统计学意义。结论 护理管理在儿科病房应用效果良好，能够提高护理工作人员的业务操作水平,增加患儿及家属的满意度。

Evaluation Application Effect of Nursing Management in Pediatric Ward

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the pediatric ward nursing management in the work of the application effect. Methods Selected 210 cases of children from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital, which were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 105 cases in each group. Children with the control group using conventional care, experimental group with the combination of nursing management and routine nursing methods. At the same time, the establishment of nursing personnel assessment scale and families of children with satisfaction questionnaire. Results The experimental group in implementing recovered nursing management of 84 cases, improvement in 17 cases, 4 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 96.19%, the control group routine nursing after 51 cases cured, improvement in 31 cases, 23 cases ineffective, the total effective rate was 78.09%, the nursing effect is obviously better than that of control group, experimental group and the contrast, P＜0.05, was differences statistically significant. Two groups of children with family satisfaction survey results from the study showed that the total satisfaction of 85.71%, the control group total satisfaction was 53.33%, the total satisfaction was higher than the control group P＜0.05, was differences statistically significant. Conclusion In the pediatric ward nursing management application effect is good, which could improve the level of nursing staff's business operations, increase the satisfaction of children and their families.

护理管理是将提高护理服务质量作为主要目标的过程。世界卫生组织将其定义为“护理管理是为了提高人们的健康水平，系统地利用护士的潜在能力和有关的其他人员或设备、环境以及社会活动的过程”[1-2]。我科将护理管理应用在儿科护理中，取得了较好的效果，具体汇报如下。

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选择2014年12月～2015年12月在我院儿科住院治疗的患儿210例，其中男性94例，女性116例。年龄3个月～12周岁，平均年龄（6.2±0.48）岁；将其随机分为实验组和对照组，每组105例，两组患儿的一般资料对比差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。
