探讨对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的护理

目的该文主要是来研究和探讨关于患有糖尿病和冠心病合并症的患者的具体护理要求。为广大的此类病症患者提供更好的护理档案。方法从以往在该院进行糖尿病冠心病合并症治疗的患者中选取80例，对这80例的患者都进行统一的治疗，将这80例患者分为2组，每组各40例。这两组患者分别命名为实验组和对照组，对照组患者进行常规的护理治疗，实验组的患者除了采用最常用的临床护理办法之外，还要采取全面的护理措施。结果相比对照组来说，实验组患者在接受全面护理之后的血压血糖都有一定程度的控制，患者对护理的满意程度普遍高于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论经过实验组和对照组的实验结果对比，全面护理的措施具备一定程度的临床意义，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective This paper is mainly to study and discuss the specific nursing requirements of patients with diabetes and coronary heart disease complicated with diabetes.Provide nursing files better for patients of such disorders the.Methods From the previous diabetes with coronary heart disease patients in our hospital were selected from 80 cases，all unified treatment of the 80 patients，the 80 cases were divided into 2 groups，each group of each 40 cases.The two groups of patients were designated as the experimental group and the control group，patients of control group were treated with routine treatment and nursing，patients in the experiment group in addition to using the most commonly used approaches to clinical nursing，but also to take comprehensive nursing measures.Results Compared with the control group，the patients in experimental group received comprehensive nursing on blood glucose，blood pressure，have a certain degree of control，patients' satisfaction degree of nursing is generally higher than that of control group，the difference has statistical significance.Conclusion After comparing the experimental group and the control group results，comprehensive nursing measures have clinical significance to a certain extent，is worthy of promotion.

由于现在人们的饮食习惯不规律等现象时有发生，使得糖尿病成为了临床治疗中经常见到的疾病，甚至被人称为不死的癌症，患有糖尿病的患者由于胰岛机能的下降导致血糖血压不受控制，长时间发展下去，糖尿病会产生各种并发症，糖尿病合并冠心病就是其中之一，此并发症不仅给患者的身体造成很大影响，更会使患者产生心理障碍。为此，我国的糖尿病治疗专家进行了临床研究，普遍得出了结论，认为全面护理对糖尿病合并冠心病患者的恢复有帮助，还能有效控制血压和血糖，该文针对糖尿病合并冠心病全面护理的措施和效果进行探讨，现报道如下。……
