连续性护理对糖尿病患者出院后的治疗依存性和生活质量的临床效果分析

目的探讨连续性护理对糖尿病出院患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选择该院2015年1月—2016 年1月收治的95例糖尿病患者，按照随机数字法将其分为两组。对照组患者进行常规出院指导，观察组患者出院后行连续性护理。观察两组患者治疗依从性，采用生活质量测定量表简表（SF-36）对两组患者治疗前后生活质量改善情况展开分析。 结果观察组患者治疗依从率100%显著高于对照组92.5%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者护理后SF-36评分显著高于护理前，且观察组患者显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论连续性护理能显著提高糖尿病出院患者的治疗依从性和生活质量，且能帮助患者改善临床症状，值得推广。

［Abstract］Objective To probe into the influence of continuous nursing care on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods 95 patients with diabetes mellitus and who accepted treatments in our hospital from January，2015 to January，2016 were selected，and according to the random number method were divided into two groups.In the control group，they were treated with the conventional discharge guidance while in the observation group，they were underwent continuous nursing care after discharge.Then，the quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were analyzed by the quality of life measurement table（SF-36）.Results The treatment compliance rate of patients in the observation group was 100%，which was significantly higher than that in the control group of 92.5%，and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.The SF-36 score after nursing of two groups of patients was significantly higher than before nursing，and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The continuous nursing care can significantly improve the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with diabetes，and can help patients to improve clinical symptoms，thus it is worth to be promoted.

糖尿病是临床上常见的疾病，多发于中老年人，随着人们生活水平的提高，人们摄食不均衡，导致糖尿病的发病率逐年上升。糖尿病是由于胰岛素绝对或相对分泌不足引起的，葡萄糖在葡萄糖激酶的作用生成氧化磷酸化，当患者胰岛素分泌不足，葡萄糖激酶和肝糖原等合成酶的活性降低，氧化作用减弱后就会导致高血糖［1］。糖尿病治疗是一个长期的过程，患者的治疗依从性是保证治疗效果的关键，而合理的护理方式是保证治疗依从性的关键。……
