实施血液批放行管理的探讨

本研究拟通过对比分析血液批放行管理模式与单个放行管理模式的优缺点，探讨实施批放行的管理效果，同时提出血液批放行实施过程中的管理要点，以探讨血液管理中实施批放行策略的优点以及管理效果。结果发现，严格实施批放行策略是血液安全的重要保证，只有实施血液管理的批放行模式，才能在最大程度上防止不合格血液的误发放，才能保证临床血液的安全使用。

【Abstract】To discussion advantages and management effectiveness of batch release in blood management. Through comparing and analyzing advantages and disadvantages between the single release management and batch release ，to explore the effect of implementation about batch release and proposed management points in the process of implementation of implementation about batch release. Strict implementation of batch release strategy is an important guarantee of blood safety， only the implementation of batch release blood management mode， can we prevent accidental issued unqualified blood to the maximum extent， and then ensure the safe using of clinical hematology.

由卫生管理部门颁发的《血站质量管理规范》中关于血液的管理及放行制度明确要求必须在原来以血液单位逐个放行的基础上实施批放行策略［1］。对于血液放行制度实施了新的制约点及控制措施，规范中多项规定涉及“批放行”，然而在具体实施过程中，存在很多难点和困惑，首先，批放行的概念是什么；其次，为何要实施批放行模式，其优点是什么；最后，具体的实施方案又是什么，实施过程中有哪些需要注意的事项，这些都是困惑血站人员的首要问题。本研究就血液放行制度中实施批放行策略的优缺点进行探讨，介绍实施批放行策略的制度要点，阐述血液批放行模式的意义，现报道如下。

1 “批放行”的概念

“批放行”这一概念最初来源于药学，主要起于药品的放行管理，《药品生产管理规范》中记录在规定限度内有着同样性质及质量，同时在同一个生产周期中生产出的药品即为一批药品，其生产原料、工艺、设备、操作环境、流程、操作员、生产时间等一系列客观指标均具有较高的一致性［2］，因而其后续检测及放行可以按照生产的模式来进行，即批量化检测及放行；……
