综合医院糖尿病住院患者低血糖发生情况分析

目的了解该院糖尿病患者住院期间低血糖发生情况及其相关因素。 方法对该院2015年1—11月住院的糖尿病患者低血糖发生情况，按照低血糖发生科室、时段频次严重程度等进行分析。结果 3815例住院糖尿病患者的总血糖监测次数为124653次，其中915人有低血糖发生，占总人数的24%共发生低血糖次数为598次，占所有监测血糖次数的0.47‰低血糖高发发病时段分别为早餐前、中餐前、睡前依次为1.12‰、1.56‰、1.43‰。结论住院糖尿病患者中发生低血糖的比例高，需要引起关注。

［Abstract］Objective To investigate during hypoglycemia and its related factors of of in our hospital.Methods From January to November 2015 hospitalized diabetic patients with hypoglycemia incidence of hospitalized diabetic patients in our hospital，in accordance with hypoglycemia department，time frequency severity were analyzed.Results 3815 patients hospitalized diabetic patients overall blood glucose monitoring frequency for 124653，915 of whom have hypoglycemia，accounting for 24%of the total number of total frequency of hypoglycemia was 598，accounting for all blood glucose monitoring the number of 0.47 per thousand hypoglycemia high incidence period respectively before breakfast，lunch，before going to bed in order to 1.12%，1.56%，1.43 per thousand.Conclusion the incidence of hypoglycemia in hospitalized patients with diabetes is high，which needs to be paid attention to.

1　资料与方法

1.1一般资料

以2015年1—11月在该院各病区住院治疗的糖尿病患者为研究对象，患者住院期间根据医嘱进行床边血糖检测，4～8次/d，设计统计表，对血糖＜3.9 mmol/L的患者进行一般资料收集，内容包括患者入住科室、时间、姓名、性别、年龄、发生时间（早餐前、中餐前、晚餐前、睡前、其他时间）、低血糖值、降糖方案等，每月进行统计分析。所有患者均使用口服降糖药或注射胰岛素进行血糖控制。

1.2.1低血糖诊断标准 低血糖是指血糖水平≤3.9 mmol/L，严重低血糖是指血糖水平≤2.8 mmol/L。按临床症状和对人体危害和对人体危害的程度将低血糖分为3类：①严重低血糖：需要旁人帮助，常有意识障碍，低血糖纠正后神经系统症状明显改善或消失；②症状性低血糖：血糖≤3.9 mmoI/L且有低血糖症状；……
