探讨眼底荧光血管造影在糖尿病性视网膜病变诊断及治疗中的应用价值

目的研究眼底荧光血管造影在诊断与治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变中的应用价值。方法对糖尿病患者拟诊为视网膜疾病的500例患者的临床资料进行分析，患者实施检眼镜检查后进行荧光素眼底血管造影，对患者的视网膜病变情况进行诊断与分级，并根据诊断结果进行治疗。结果965只眼中，检眼镜检查后共有670只眼发生视网膜病变，病变率为69.43%，其中I期、II期、III期、IV期、V期分别为220只、135只、147只、85只、83只；荧光素眼底血管造影后存在视网膜病变的眼有868只，病变率为89.95%，其中I期、II期、III期、IV期、V期分别为288只、210只、173只、103只、94只；荧光素眼底血管造影的诊断正确率明显高于检眼镜检查，（P＜0.05）差异存在统计学意义。结论在糖尿病患者视网膜病变的检查中，眼底荧光血管造影的检出率较高，能够进行分期，是进行疗效评价与指导治疗的重要手段，应用价值显著。

［Abstract］Objective Application of fundus fluorescein angiography in the diagnosis and treatment of diabetic retinopathy. Methods In diabetic patients suspected to analyse the clinical data of 500 patients with retinal disease and underwent ophthalmoscopic examination of fluorescent light of fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）and in patients with retinopathy for diagnosis and classification of，and according to the results of the diagnosis treatment.Results 965 eyes，ophthalmoscopy after a total of 670 eyes had retinal pathological changes，pathological changes at a rate of 69.43%，which phase I，II，III，IV，V respectively 220 135，147，85，83；fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）after retinal lesions of the eye is 868，pathological changes at a rate of 89.95%，which phase I，II，III，IV，V respectively 288，210，173，103，94；fundus fluorescein angiography of the correct diagnosis rate was significantly higher than that of ophthalmoscopy，P＜0.05）differences exist statistical significance.Conclusion In patients with diabetic retinopathy，fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）detection rate is higher，to staging，curative effect evaluation and guidance for the treatment of an important means of，the application value is significant.

近几年来，我国糖尿病的发病率明显上升，在糖尿病患者中视网膜病变是一种常见的并发症，也是导致糖尿病患者失明的主要原因，严重影响到患者的生活质量。糖尿病视网膜病变受到人们越来越多的关注，其与糖尿病的血糖控制情况、病程有直接联系［1］，该疾病会给患者的视功能带来严重的损伤，早期的诊断与治疗能够显著的降低患者致盲率，提高患者生活质量［2］。……
