母乳喂养咨询对母乳喂养的促进作用

目的：通过母乳喂养宣教，增强产妇对母乳喂养的信心，提高纯母乳喂养率。方法对2013年1月至2014年12月来母乳喂养咨询室进行母乳喂养咨询的一月内产妇进行个性化知识宣教、技能指导及电话指导与随访，观察咨询前后纯母乳喂养率的变化。结果母乳喂养咨询者42天时纯母乳喂养率从63.0%提高到90.0%。结论母乳喂养咨询可以明显提高纯母乳喂养率。

Abstract: [Objective] By educating in breastfeed consulting room, it can enhance the confidence of maternal breasting and increase the proportion of pure breastfeeding.[Method] The puerperas from january 2013 to december 2014 who had given bith within a month and consulted in breastfeed consulting room were chosen to introduce the personalized knowledge , instruct skills , guideby telephone and follow-up.The change in the rate of pure breastfeeding before and after was observed. [Result] The proportion of pure breastfeeding of puerperas in 42 days has increased from 63% to 91%. [Conclusion] Breastfeed consulting room can improve the proportion of pure breastfeeding significantly.

2011年7月我国政府颁布了《中国儿童发展纲要》，提出2011-2020年婴儿6个月内纯母乳喂养率达到50%[1]，但实际情况不容乐观。目前国内外学者都在研究影响母乳喂养的因素及探求提高纯母乳喂养率的措施。为更好地落实爱婴医院的标准，提高母乳喂养的成功率，卫生部2009年开始在全国成立了母乳喂养咨询室，目的是提供健康教育、咨询和行为干预服务。我院是首批项目单位，有7名国家级咨询师。母乳喂养咨询室提供了有关母乳喂养方面的门诊咨询、电话咨询、授课、产妇住院期间的床旁指导[2]。产妇在产前及住院期间已得到母乳喂养方面的各种指导，但每位产妇的掌握程度不同，乳头的先天条件不一样，出院后往往受到各种因素的干扰，在实施过程中，会出现各种问题，需要通过母乳喂养咨询得到帮助和解决。

1 资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取 2013年1月至2014年12月在母乳喂养咨询室内接受母乳喂养咨询的产妇646例，其中乳汁少258例、乳头皲裂60例、乳胀76例、其它252例。……
