2型糖尿病与阿尔茨海默病相关性的研究进展

随着生活水平的提高、人口老龄化及生活方式的改变，2型糖尿病并发症逐年增加。近年来认知功能障碍作为糖尿病新并发症的出现，其患病率较高。流行病学研究显示，2型糖尿病与阿尔茨海默病之间存在相关性，2型糖尿病增加发生阿尔茨海默病的风险，但两者之间的机制尚不明确。2型糖尿病代谢过程复杂，其对认知功能的影响存在多种因素，本文对2型糖尿病认知功能障碍的发病机制、筛查手段、治疗方案进行综述。

【Abstract】With the improvement of living standards， aged tendency of population， and the changes of lifestyle， complications of type 2 diabetes has increased year by year. In recent years， there is a higher prevalence of cognitive dysfunction as it appears as a new complications of diabetes. Epidemiological studies have demonstrated that there exist correlation between type 2 diabetes mellitus and alzheimer's disease， type 2 diabetes increases the risk of alzheimer's disease， but the mechanism is not clear between the two. Type 2 diabetes mellitus has a complex metabolic process， which has a variety of factors affecting the cognitive function.Here is to make a review of the pathogenesis，screening and treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus cognitive dysfunctione.

2型糖尿病（Type 2 diabetes mellitus，T2DM）是一种全身代谢性疾病，慢性进展，最终导致多血管病变及脏器损害。阿尔茨海默病（Alzheimer's disease，AD）是一种隐匿性进展的神经系统退行性疾病，以认知功能障碍为主要的临床表现。近年的研究显示，T2DM发生AD的危险性显著增加，进而说明两种疾病间存在相关性，有学者将AD称为“3型糖尿病”［1］。了解T2DM是如何引起认知功能障碍，并早期进行干预延缓其发展速度，对目前的研究具有很大的帮助。

1 流行病学资料

T2DM和AD是当今医疗卫生体系中面临的两大难题，严重危害着人们的身心健康。到2035年，全球估计有5.92亿人患有糖尿病［2］，而T2DM占糖尿病类型的绝大部分。研究显示，与正常人群比较，T2DM发生认知功能损害的风险显著增加［3］，而T2DM发展为AD的风险增加50%～60%［4］。……
