目的 分析3种不同麻醉方法对胃镜检查的影响。 方法 将279例行胃镜检查的患者随机分为对照组(胃镜检查15 min前含服利多卡因胶浆1支)、观察组1(胃镜检查前15 min含服利多卡因胶浆1支，含服后5 min咽部喷洒1%的丁卡因10～15次)和观察组2(胃镜检查前15 min含服利多卡因胶浆1支，含服后5 min咽部喷洒1%的丁卡因10～15次,5 min再次喷洒1%的丁卡因10～15次)。观察3组患者的麻醉效果、不适症状。 结果 观察组进镜反应、黏膜刺激、唾液量、泡沫量、胃蠕动方面情况均好于对照组，不适症状轻于对照组。 结论 选择最佳咽部麻醉方法，既能保证胃镜检查的顺利进行，又能降低患者的畏惧感。

Objective To analyze the effect of different anesthesia methods on gastroscopic examination outcomes. Methods A total of 279 patients to receive routine gastroscopy were randomly divided into a control group (sublingual 1 lidocaine mortar 15 minutes before examination), an observation group 1 (sublingual 1 lidocaine mortar 15 minutes before examination, spraying 1 % tetracaine 10 to 15 times to the throat 5 minutes later) and group 2 (sublingual 1 lidocaine mortar 15 minutes before examination, spraying 1 % tetracaine 10 to 15 times to the throat five minutes later, and repeating the spraying 5 minutes later). The anesthesia effect and discomfort were observed for the 3 groups. Results The onset reaction, mucous membrane irritation, saliva and foam output, as well as peristole of the observation group were better than those in the control group. Less discomfort was found in the 2 observation groups, compared to the control group. Conclusion Selecting the best pharyngeal anesthesia can not only guarantee the smoothness of the gastroscopy, but also reduce the sense of fear in patients.
