药物经济学评价中的不确定性分析

摘 要目的：介绍药物经济学评价中不确定性的概念及处理方法。方法：通过查阅相关文献对药物经济学评价中的不确定性及其处理方法进行归纳和总结。结果：不确定性的存在会影响药物经济学评价结果的精确度和可信度。不确定性可能产生在药物经济学评价过程中的各个阶段，而通过完善评价设计、改善统计和敏感度分析可有效评估并处理不确定性。结论：为保证药物经济学评价的精确度和可信度，须从各个环节减少不确定性。同时，在评价过程中进行敏感度分析可以评估不确定性，有助于评价者控制不确定因素。

The analysis of uncertainty in pharmacoeconomic evaluations

ABSTRACTObjective: To introduce the concepts and treatment methods of uncertainty in pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Methods: The concepts and treatment methods of uncertainty in pharmacoeconomic evaluation were analyzed and summarized by searching relevant literatures. Results: The presence of uncertainty, which may be produced in the various stages of pharmacoeconomic evaluation process, can affect the accuracy and confidence of the results of pharmacoeconomic evaluation and it can be effectively evaluated and treated by completing the research design and improving the statistical and sensitivity analysis. Conclusion: The uncertainty should be reduced from all aspects in order to ensure the accuracy and confidence in pharmacoeconomic evaluation. Meanwhile, the uncertainty can be assessed by sensitivity analysis during evaluation, which can assist the researcher to control the uncertainty factors.

药物经济学评价应用经济学原理及方法评价药物治疗的成本与效果，目的是从整个人群方面考虑高效分配和使用有限的医药卫生资源[1-2]。一项完整的药物经济学评价包括投入测算、产出测算、投入产出分析和不确定性分析。由于存在治疗的不确定性、数据的准确程度、药物治疗和效果之间的关联强度以及价格变化等变数，且这些变数无法在评价设计、数据收集和分析阶段完全避免，故它们都会影响投入和产出的计算、乃至最终评价结果的精确度和可信度。……
