某社区卫生服务中心医务人员健康体检结果分析

摘 要目的：了解金泽镇社区卫生服务中心医务人员健康状况，为健康管理提供参考。方法：健康体检；统计分析。结果：体检异常率前三位的慢性非传染性疾病是血脂异常、脂肪肝、高血压；异常率总体男性高于女性，且有年轻化趋势。结论：应开展科学化的职工健康管理。

Analysis on the health screening results of the medical and health personnel in a community health service center

ABSTRACTObjective: To know the health condition of the medical and health personnel of Jinze Community Health Service Center to provide a reference for the health management. Methods: The health screening was done for the medical and health personnel and their results were statistically analyzed. Results: The top three chronic non-infectious diseases of their health screening abnormalities were dyslipidemia, fatty liver and hypertension, respectively. The total abnormality rate of the male was higher than that of the female, and there was a younger trend. Conclusion: The scientific health management should be developed for the medical and health personnel.

金泽镇社区卫生服务中心对本单位170名医务人员进行健康体检，为单位开展健康管理提供基础资料。

1 对象与方法

1.1 体检对象

2013年上海市青浦区金泽镇社区卫生服务中心医务人员，共188人，实际体检170人，参检率为90.43%。其中男59人，占34.71%；女111人，占65.29%。30岁以下49人；30～39岁68人；40～49岁31人；50～59岁22人。年龄最小19岁，最大59岁。

1.2 研究方法

1.2.1 体检项目

常规体检包括测血压、身高体重，内、外、眼、耳鼻咽科和妇科（女性）等。实验室检查包括血尿常规、肝肾功能、血糖、血脂、肿瘤标志物、血液生化等；辅助检查包括心电图、腹部B超检测和胸部X光摄片。

1.2.2 诊断标准

高血压诊断参照《中国高血压防治指南2011年修订版》[1]标准；血脂检测按照《中国成人血脂异常防治指南》[2]标准，超声波检查按照《现代腹部超声诊断学》[3-4]标准。既往已确诊高血压病并服药，体检时血压正常仍列入高血压病例。

170名医务人员中体检指标完全正常为12人，占7.06%。……
