硫酸依替米星用于治疗肺部感染的不良反应分析

摘要：目的分析硫酸依替米星用于治疗肺部感染患者出现不良反应的一般规律和特点，促进临床合理用药。方法采取回顾性研究的方法，收集某省级医院 2010 年至 2013 年硫酸依替米星的不良反应报告，并进行统计分析。结果共收集硫酸依替米星注射液不良反应报告43 例，其不良反应发生最多的为60岁以上老年人，其他各个年龄段没有明显差异；发生部位以消化道反应、耳毒性、肾功能损害最常见，偶有严重肾功能损害。结论在广泛应用的情况下，尽量个体化用药，同时加强不良反应监测。

Analysis of adverse reaction of etimicin sulfate for the treatment of pulmonary infection

Abstract：ObjectiveTo analyze the general rules and characteristics of adverse reactions of etimicin sulfate for the treatment of pulmonary infections,and promote rational use of drugs.MethodsTo analysis the adverse reaction reports of sulfate etimicin in a provincial hospital from 2010 to 2013.ResultsA total of 43 cases of adverse reactions report were collected,adverse reactions occurred up to 60 years of age or older,there was no significant difference in other ages;The most common damage occurred with gastrointestinal reactions,ototoxicity and kidney function,sometimes severe renal impairment.ConclusionIn the case of widely use,should take individualized medication,while strengthening the monitoring of adverse reactions.

硫酸依替米星(etimicin sulfate)为一种半合成的氨基糖苷类水溶性广谱抗生素，主要作用机制为抑制敏感菌的蛋白质合成。临床上主要用于大肠埃希杆菌、克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌、沙雷氏杆菌属、枸橼酸杆菌、肠杆菌属、不动杆菌属、变形杆菌属、流感嗜血杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和葡萄球菌等引起的各种感染，对于呼吸道感染具有较好疗效[1]。硫酸依替米星在成人重症感染的联合治疗方案中，有着非常重要的地位。随着临床上的广泛使用，不良反应也屡见报道，为了促进药物的合理应用，本文统计分析了某省级医院2010年至2013年间使用硫酸依替米星注射液的肺部感染患者发生不良反应43例，为临床合理用药提供参考。……
