血液科急救车标准化管理的效果评价

摘要目的：探讨标准化规范管理血液科急救车的效果评价。方法：结合医院现况，应用标准化方法管理科室急救车。结果：通过采取标准化的急救车管理方法，与管理前相比，管理后急救车内急救药品、物品完备率显著改善(P<0.05)，急救知识考核成绩、医护急救合作满意度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论：对血液科急救车采用标准化的管理方法，保证了急救药品及物品的完备，确保了治疗的安全性和有效性，该方案提高了工作效率且操作简单、实用性强，在我院“三甲”评审中得到了认可，值得推广使用。

Application effect of the standardization of onset of ambulance management

AbstractObjective:To expound the effect of standardized management in ambulance of hematology department.Methods:Based on the hospital actuality,standardized management was applied to the department emergency.Results:Compared with the management before，ambulance complete rate and first aid knowledge assessment grades both significantly improved after management(P<0.05),medical first aid cooperation satisfaction also have improved obviously by adopting this method,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized management over ambulances of hematology department may ensure high quality of management and improve the safety and effectiveness.The method improved the work efficiency and the operation is simple,practical,it is worth promoting.

急救车是在紧急情况下对突发急症、病情危急的患者实施抢救时必不可少的工具，是每个病区必备的护理设备和抢救设施。急救车的准备是赢得抢救时间的前提[1]。为保证急救患者的抢救工作顺利进行，急救车内药品、物品要求完好率100%，随时处于应急使用状态[2]。因此，急救车管理已成为护理安全质量管理的一项内容,也是各项检查、评审考核中必查的内容。我科室自2012年来加强推进优质护理服务，逐步对所辖护理单元的急救车进行了专项统筹规范和标准化管理，取得了较好效果,现报道如下。

1一般资料

我科室展开床位50张,配备护士30名,分2个护理单元,各备有1辆急救车，以此为整改对象,进行统一规范化管理。

2.1管理方法

2.1.1健全制度健全统一的制度保障，包括建立健全急救车管理制度、抢救工作制度、交接班制度、交接登记本书写规范等方面。严格实行“四定”(定种类、定位放置、定量保管、定期消毒)、“三无”(无过期、无变质、无失效)、“二及时”(及时检查、及时补充)、“一专”(专人管理)管理[3]。……
