文拉法辛联合共情技术对宫颈癌根治术患者围手术期情绪的影响

摘要目的:探讨文拉法辛联合共情技术对宫颈癌根治术患者围手术期情绪的影响。方法：选取2012年12月~2014年12月我院收治的80例宫颈癌根治术患者为研究对象，随机等分为对照组和试验组，对照组运用常规护理方法，观察组运用文拉法辛联合共情技术。结果：观察组焦虑情况、疼痛情况均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组配合治疗情况高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:文拉法辛联合共情技术可有效降低患者焦虑情绪，缓解疼痛感，提高治疗配合度。

Venlafaxine combined with empathy technique intervention on mood in the peri-operation in patients with cervical cancer radical surgery

AbstractObjective：To study the effect of intervention on venlafaxine combined with empathy technique in the peri operation period in patients with cervical cancer radical surgery.Methods：80 cases of cervical cancer resection patients，randomly divided into two groups.Control group used conventional methods of nursing,while observation group received venlafaxine combined with empathy technique.Results：The occur of anxiety and pain of observation group were less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group with the treatment rate was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion：Venlafaxine combined with empathy technique can effectively reduce the anxiety of patients，ease pain，improve treatment compliance.

宫颈癌是一种常见的肿瘤类型，对于早期宫颈癌的有效治疗方法主要为手术治疗[1]。而且，宫颈癌根治术后进行的常规护理常会忽略对患者的心理护理，因此效果并不佳[2]。文拉法辛是5-羟色胺(5-HT)-去甲肾上腺素(NE)再摄取抑制药[3]，可通过显著抑制5-HT和NE的再摄取而发挥抗抑郁作用，而且还是较好的抗焦虑药物[4]。共情是基于护理人员能设身处地替人着想的方法。笔者探讨了文拉法辛联合共情技术对宫颈癌根治术患者在围手术期情绪的影响。现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1临床资料选取2012年12月~2014年12月我院收治的80例宫颈癌根治术患者为研究对象，年龄30~70岁，平均(47.6±3.8)岁。原位癌11例，Ⅰa期13例，Ⅰb期19例，Ⅱa期11例，Ⅱb期11例，Ⅲa及以上15例。随机将患者等分为观察组和对照组，两组患者在年龄、肿瘤分期等方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。
