银翘散联合更昔洛韦治疗手足口病的效果观察与护理

摘要目的：探讨银翘散联合更昔洛韦治疗手足口病的效果与护理。方法：选取我院2011年1月~2013年12月收治的120例手足口病患儿为研究对象，并将其随机等分为观察组和对照组，对照组给予更昔洛韦治疗，观察组则在此基础上加用银翘散治疗。比较两组患儿治疗效果及药物安全性。结果：观察组患儿的治疗效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿药物安全性与对照组患儿比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：银翘散联合更昔洛韦治疗手足口病效果确切，药物安全，在临床护理过程中，需要做好消毒隔离、发热护理、口腔护理、皮肤护理、饮食调理和心理护理，能够明显提高患儿的临床疗效。

Clinical study and nursing observation of Yinqiao powder combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of hand-foot and mouth disease

AbstractObjective:To explore the clinical study and nursing effect of Yinqiao powder combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of hand-foot and mouth disease.Methods:120 children with hand-foot and mouth disease in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were as the object of study,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group were treated with ganciclovir treatment，the observation group with Yinqiao powder treatment combined with ganciclovir.Treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment group effect was significantly berrer than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group with drug safety and control group were compared,no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yinqiao powder and combined ganciclovir treatment of hand-foot and mouth disease is exact,in clinical nursing process,we need to do a good job of disinfection and isolation,fever,nursing,oral care,skin care, diet and psychological nursing,can significantly improve children's clinical curative effect.

手足口病是由多种人肠道病毒(以肠道病毒71型和柯萨奇A组16型多见)引起的一种儿童常见传染病，多发生于学龄前儿童，尤以3岁以下年龄组发病率最高[1-2]。近年来，全世界不同地方不断有手足口病暴发流行，并引起严重并发症，甚至死亡，引起世界各国的关注和警惕。目前西医治疗均为对症治疗，无特异性治疗方法，也无特异性疫苗[3-4]。中医药对传染病已有近千年的认识，积累了丰富的诊治经验。手足口病根据病因、发病及临床特征，当属祖国医学“温病”“时疫”等范畴，治以辛凉解表，透邪泄肺，使热清毒解。银翘散出自清·吴瑭《温病案辨》，实验研究和临床报道充分表明本方具有抗病毒、解毒作用，治疗手足口病疗效确切，但目前缺乏其与抗病毒药物联用的循证医学证据。……
